Worth the money!
I was introduced to hyperice in physical therapy. I have arthritis in my spine and neck. My back and shoulders are naturally tight. My shoulders are worse with the tightness putting me at risk for a torn rotator cuff. Insurance won’t cover PT often enough to help me live pain free so I purchased the hyperice. It is strong enough to allow me to manage my condition with daily use. Now I wouldn’t be without it.

Broken Parts
EDIT: I updated the review to four stars because their support very promptly offered to ship me a replacement. For the sake of preventing waste I wish they would offer replacement parts, but they were very quick in getting back to me and offering this replacement.I rarely ever used this but it still broke itself to pieces. When I used it I noticed a crunching/rattling noise and that it was vibrating unusually. I took it apart and found that the internal structure that holds the front shroud (by the changeable head) together has shattered to pieces around the screw holes, and the plastic structure below it had a significant crack going through it as well.This is less than two years old, and as I mentioned already I rarely ever use it. I’ve reached out to Hyperice support about possible replacement parts, so we’ll see what they say when they respond. If they don’t come through I’ll have to build up a little plastic on the broken piece and make some custom washers so the screws can hold on to the plastic in non-broken places. I won’t accept that this will be destined for the landfill after less than two years.

I love the brand. For me, it’s a symbol of quality and knowledge, help us achieve a proper recovery. I had the first version of this one, and it was time for an upgrade. The first one still works after almost six years. I haven’t used this one much, but it feels much lighter. I like it a lot

Lightweight relief with a few small trade-offs
The Hypervolt Go 2 has become my quick go-to tool for easing sore muscles after workouts or long hours at my desk. It is noticeably lighter and more compact than full-sized percussion guns, which makes it easy to hold and maneuver even when reaching tricky spots like my upper back or calves. The build quality feels solid and the matte finish gives it a premium look.The percussion itself is strong for such a small device. It comes with a couple of attachment heads that pop on and off easily and the motor runs smoothly without any uncomfortable jolts. It is quiet enough that I can use it while watching TV without cranking up the volume, which is a nice change from some of the louder massage guns out there.The trade-offs are mainly in battery life and intensity. The battery charges quickly but it does not last quite as long as larger models, and while the power is impressive for its size it may not go quite deep enough for people who need very intense massage pressure.Even with those minor drawbacks, the Hypervolt Go 2 is a great little device to have on hand. This is so much value for money.I bought a cheap version for a tenth of the price. It lasted a week.This product will last years. It’s so well made and the movement is so much better.But you will not be disappointed with quality.Function on the other hand is also where this product excels. Absolutely necessary for anyone training more than 4 times a week.
