The Nooro knee massager comes with a wall outlet charger that did not work. I had to use another devices charger to charge my new Nooro knee charger.Once the Nooro knee charger was fully charged, the very basic instructions were easy to follow.There were not enough instructions or precautions to be aware of.There is no mention of the Red light NM values, Near Infra Red NM values,, EMF free status,or the benefits of the various customized protocols.No recommendations for use on bare skin, dry skin, moist skin, use of lotions, medication precautions, or frequency of use.The unit dies not come with a carrying case, so take care of the original packing box for portability.In the rating of the top 5 knee massager, Nooro rates #1, as Excellent.The unit has been used several times by two family members using the customized vibration, and heat levels which alleviate knee pain. The sturdy construction of quality materials fit the knee and elbow very well.

Save your money
I used it twice a day for 10 days straight on the highest setting on both the heat & vibration. I have yet to feel ANY improvement. I have been limping on my left knee for years because of age (75) & by no means do I need a knee replacement it’s just weak so I find the reviews from the people that said their Dr. said they need knee surgery & after using the Nooro knee machine they no longer need surgery. The machine looks like it is well made but the heat & vibration alone does not help, I am limping again right after I take the machine off my knee. I live in a small town that doesn’t have a UPS store & have to drive 50 mile round trip to a UPS store in a bigger town to return it so I am just going to keep it like I do on alot of stuff I order from Amazon that;s less expensive . Just thought I would warn other people it doesn’t help your knee.Ceri Smith

It has really helped.
Okay, my husband and I were a bit skeptical. We have had red light therapy on our knees in the past and it seemed to be helpful; it was certainly soothing. However, would this gadget make a significant different in our comfort level when walking or exercising? We both believe it has done.. My husband has been an active athlete for many years (long distance running and competitive tennis) and now his knees are beginning to protest. I had a knee injury that has never been quite right. So, we decided this device couldn’t hurt and, hey, it might even help. It has. But here’s the critical thing — you need to not treat it as a magic wand. One or two sessions won’t make a problem that you’ve been dealing with for months or years suddenly vanish. Use it consistently. It’s easy — we pass it to each other while we’re watching tv. Super easy and comfortable. (You have to get past the humming motor sound, but it’s not too bad and soon, we found we didn’t really notice it anymore). With regular use, it’s made a significant difference in our comfort level. I highly recommend it. But, once again, give it a fair chance to do its stuff.

Latest model is not as good as the one available 3 years ago
The nooro massager I bought 3 years ago was better and had better controls. This newer one feels cheaper and not of the same quality. It does not make my knee feel better. I’m disappointed.

Great Product For Knee Pain
I have suffered from knee pain for a few months, limiting me from exercising and walking for extended periods of time. Sleeping has been an issue as well as it has been difficult to arrange my legs for a position without discomfort. I started using the Nooro about 10 days ago and it has really helped reduce the knee pain I was experiencing. I would recommend that you give it a try. Amazon had the lowest price on this item. I use it twice a day and am very pleased with the results so far.
