The heat settings are fantastic (I usually keep it at level 3), and the warmth feels amazing on sore joints. Good, easy relief
If you have a larger leg, the extra straps come in handy. This knee massager works well, though I think it could fit a bit tighter. When you use the extra strap, I think it keeps it from being really snug. It’s lightweight and easy to use. My only issue is that, if I try to use it before bed at night, the controls are so sensitive that just putting my cover on will turn the controls off or change the settings. I had to play around with it, and realized it has a lock, if you short press the power button. The heat is good. I tested it on the lowest heat and I could barely feel it, honestly. The higher heat settings are what brought me the most relief. I wouldn’t suggest using it for a long period of time with nothing on under it, though, in case the warmth could hurt you.

Good value, pulse massage
So far so good….hoping it relieves fluid in knees with mild neuropathy knees to feet. After first use 30min (low heat, low massage) my hurt knee felt a lot better! Knee didnt bother me overnight or during workout fir 1st time in 4mo. Massage isnt constant, its pulsating. Heat is constant. Use says 30min max per session. The massage pulse makes my hurt knee tendon vibrate a little & it aches just a little during treatment. But after session it feels pretty good…it stimulates blood flow to area & relieves some inflammation in both knees. We’ll see over time.Note: i have to use the extender straps to fit my thighs but calf strap works ok. Charges via included cable to usb port. Have legs propped up during use. So far, a great value & relief.

Great purchase! Really works on knee pain.
This thing really works! I don’t know how it works, but after only a week of daily use, my knee feels a whole lot better. Pain is reduced in my knee joint and walking is more comfortable. Charging is quick and super easy, as are the simple controls. I highly recommend this device. I bought the two pack so that I could have one fully charged all the time.

Works great for most folks but not for extra large legs
Got this for my wife and she uses it everyday. She doesn’t like to ice her knee so the heat is great and the vibration helps disburse fluid build-up. It’s unfortunately too small for me to use but I have very large legs. If this was available in an xxl size I would get myself one in a heartbeat even if it cost more. Great product.

The cordless knee massager with heat provided excellent relief prior to my total knee replacement. Since my TKR, I’m enjoying the comfort of the massage feature as my knee heals from surgery. This product stays charged a long time & is portable, so these can be used while traveling or working. My only regret is not finding this product sooner-great but & works well.
