Thin and flexible
The yoga towel/mat is very cute, and is good for travel since it folds up so nicely. I did not slip on the mat itself, but I did find that it bunches up a bit on carpet. And it really doesn’t have any padding to speak of as it’s simply a soft fiber layer on one side, and a rubber layer on the other. But I can see how the fiber would be absorbent so you can wipe sweat, and also not have a slippery surface if you sweat. I would, however, recommend only using it on hard surfaces where the backing can grip better. And don’t expect padding. But for it to serve the dual purpose it states, I think it does well.

Colorful Yoga Towel but no cushion and it folds well
This is a beautiful colorful Yoga towel. It’s really not thick enough to be called a Mat. Good if you don’t need any cushioning (now in my 60’s I do need some cushion). It does have a rubber backing so it doesn’t slip around on the floor. However, the top side finish is kinda slick and my feet slide on the towel a little bit. It does seem like it would be absorbent for hot yoga. And it is a nice long length. It does fold up nicely and compact (you don’t have to roll it, you can fold it) so perhaps it would be good for travel.

High quality yoga mat/towel
I work out a lot in my garage gym that has a concrete floor and needed a thin mat to use. It is very absorbent and stays right where you put it, not moving around during some of my higher-intensity workouts. I use it under my feet for squatting as a nice, thin surface to put between my feet and the concrete. This is ideal because most yoga mats are quite thick and can interfere with your stability during squats. It is also very soft, making it nice to rest on for yin yoga. It has held up nicely and is still in perfect condition. Other towels I have had would have fallen apart by now, but this is still going strong. It is also very nice to throw in the washing machine and has maintained its color-fastness. The words on the side ‘Cat Calorie’ are odd I will say, but they do not affect the quality of the item. Overall I recommend!
