    As a certified personal trainer and glute specialist, I use the Bellabooty Belt with all my clients — and it’s hands-down one of my favorite tools for lower-body workouts. It gives an excellent range of motion and adds more stability during hip thrusts, glute bridges, and other glute activation exercises.The padding is thick and comfortable, so there’s no hip pain or slipping during sets. It’s also super convenient to use with dumbbells, plates, or kettlebells — perfect for home or gym workouts. It’s super durable. I’m able to load at least 2 25-pound plates on each side and move them comfortably.If you’re serious about glute growth, this is a must-have! Effective, comfortable, and trainer-approved. 💪🍑

    It’s kind of awkward to figure out as it hangs down right next to your body, but it’s an excellent substitute for a if you don’t have a bar.

    Works great for my at home workouts and workouts at my apartment gym when I just want to use dumbbells. I was able to glute thrust over 100+ pounds so it can definitely hold a lot of weight.

    Good for lower weights or beginners
    This is a good option if you are between a beginner and intermediate stage of hip thrusts. (I didn’t try using it for any other exercise.) I do home workouts and was using dumbells for hip thrusts until it became too unwieldy, so I tried this. It works well if you want to work in the 60lb-120lb range, I feel. It’s a little awkward at first, but easy enough to get used to.However, once I moved from two 30lb dumbbells to 40s, I found it unbearable. The weight was unwieldy and difficult to set up, and it was so painful on my pelvis. I ended up with bruising and torn skin. Now I’ve invested in a barbell and don’t use this anymore. If you want something for this intermediary stage or your goals are to stay under 30lbs each side, then this would work well; if your goals or ability involves more weight, then I think it would be a waste of time.

    If you’re in need of a product that makes hip thrusts more comfortable, this is the one to get. The OG.A lot of thought went into the design of this product. The Velcro is extremely strong but easy to adjust, and the way the straps overlap under the foldover belt let you make quick adjustments without even thinking about it. It’s very easy to use barbells, kettle bells, and plates without a lot of trial and error. (As with any Velcro, be careful near your leggings and make sure the belt is closed before you throw it in your gym bag so it doesn’t snag your stuff.)Before buying this, I purchased a knockoff that used a tension buckle instead. Not only was that extremely difficult to work with, but the straps started fraying badly after a few uses from being threaded over and over again. It’s worth a little extra money to get this.I’ll mention that the only reason I bought a knockoff in the first place was that I feel embarrassed using a piece of equipment that has “BellaBooty” printed on it. It’s unnecessarily specific and invites the kinds of attention and interactions I’d rather avoid when I’m already doing an exercise that looks like I’m humping the sky. I wish product owners would think about this stuff.

    Works but bothers my hips
    Great idea! My experience is ok. It works and does not place discomfort across me. However the dumbells (bowflex adjustables) and several Kettlebells place pressure on my hips that I find uncomfortable. The dumbell is worse than the Kb. I feel its expensive for what it is but what isint anymore.

    Great gym tool addition
    I got this to use at home when I don’t go to the gym since I only have dumbbells at home. It was so soft across my hips and easy to use. Definitely recommend to add weight to your hip thrusts!

    Great addition to home gym!
    Game changer for at home workouts. I got this in and immediately strapped on two 50lb dumbbells. Note that you cannot set these up right to the band like you’d be able to with small dumbbells. To comfortably set up the larger dumbbells, you need to give a bit more space so that you don’t feel an uncomfortable squeeze in your hips during thrusting. With a minimal investment, I’m more than doubling my dumbbell hip thrust weight and that alone makes this worth it.

    通常のダンベルヒップスラストは腹の上にダンベルを1個乗せて行うと思いますが、それでは負荷が足りないため、この商品を購入しました。腰の左右ダンベルを配置してから、ベルトのベルクロを通して使用します。実際ヒップスラストをしてみると、左右のダンベルが腰に食い込んでかなり痛いので、厚手のタオルを挟むなどの工夫がいります。400ポンド(約180kg)まで対応しているとの謳っていますが、現状ダンベル40kg×2個でもベルクロを全面しっかり貼って、勢いをつけずゆっくり動かないと外れてくることがあるので、これがはたして90kg×2個に耐えられるかどうか疑問ではあります。結論としては、バーベルでヒップスラストが出来る環境があるなら、その方が良いです。「そこそこ高負荷でトレーニングをしたいけど自宅のスペースの問題でダンベルしか置けない、ジムに通うことが難しい」という比較的特殊な環境の人が、やむを得ず購入する商品だと思います。

    I exclusively work out at home or in my small condo gym and have no access to a barbell. I’ve been struggling to up my weights for my hip thrusts because the dumbbells are awkward so decided to try this out.It’s very sturdy and makes him thrusting with dumbbells much more comfortable with an even weight distribution across my hips. Also has been perfect for back squats.Great accessory for a home gym!
