I love this product! I had shoulder tension and a stiff back for a really long time. And it loosened everything up. The size is perfect and not clunky at all, I have it on the side of my couch whenever I need it. I was apprehensive at first but it turned out way better than the hand held vibrating massager i got before I got this. I also have sciatica and the other products I got actually made it worse. I also used this on my leg and it helps out with my leg, calf, and back as well. I’m a single mom who hasn’t had anyone to help work out the knots for years and this product took out all of it! Definitely worth your money! 20/10 and 10 stars of it was possible! 🙂

Overall, this has been a great item for me.I was having issues with my neck and shoulders, due to carrying a baby on my hip, as well as my spouse enjoying it also.It comes with a power cable for inside the house, as well as one for the car, so it’s compact and easy to take on the go.I haven’t tried many, but it’s provided comfort for myself, and for $30 I don’t think I could do much better!!3 settings, heat, super nice!!Great value for money, 5 Stars!!

Powerful massager
This is the third neck massager I have purchased, I returned the previous two because i could hardly feel the massage action. This one is so strong I am careful not to overdo it.It works well I can’t feel any heat but otherwise a good massager.

It works the pain away!!!
I woke up one day with a stiff neck 7 months ago. I thought it would go away on its own. It only got worse. Went to the doctor and was prescribed steroids and muscle relaxers. Went back to the doctor six months later and was prescribed the same medicine, because the pain was even worse than before. So I tried it again. After a month I went in for a regular physical with my primary care doctor and explained to him that the prior medicine was not working. He sent me for an x-ray and physical therapy. The neck had a deep burning sensation to the point of not sleeping and wanting to go to the emergency room. I went to physical therapy and got neck massages to wake up some neck muscles and exercise to strengthen them. Nothing was happening. I decided to purchase this product. The very first time I used it, the burning sensation went away immediately. Those muscles were definitely woken up due to the deep intensity of the massager. It rools up your neck and then switches to rolling down. I would definitely recommend this project if your neck is sore and burning. My headache went away as well. I have about 6 more weeks of physical therapy, however, I’m going to tell my therapist about this product and ask should I continue with the therapy. I don’t think I need it now.

Amazing until it isn’t
This is the third of this type of back massager I’ve bought, and this one is by far the best, but it’s problems still show up.So, pros? It is very comfortable, and works well, applying good pressure, without pain. others I’ve bought HURT with how they dig into you. This one does not, and even at high pressure, is comfortable.The heat feels great, and can be turned off. Others I’ve used either didn’t offer much heat, or nearly burned you. This gets hot, but it won’t burn you.Unlike the others I’ve bought, I have never had an issue with this one over heating or locking up, and shutting off. No, it runs its full cycle. By not overheating, I’m inclined to assume the motor in it is actually well made, and by not locking up, it makes it a better choice for bigger people.So, what are the cons that cost it two stars?First, the backing that covers the rollers? One constant experience I’ve had with these kinds of massagers is they ALWAYS tear. Once they start to tear, there is no fixing it. I’ve had this for three months, and mine has torn. One roller is completely exposed. No fixing it.Second, the exposed roller, by coincidence, seems to have broken something in it’s gearing. Clockwise, it works fine. Counterclockwise, and it starts grinding. I could ignore this if I could just tell the massager to not alternate directions when in use, but you can’t. It has a cycle, and you can’t alter it. When it alternates, I have to reach for the button to switch it back while listening to the grinding and being worried every second it is like that, the motor might be further damaged.As my issues are not product defects, but just come from use, I doubt I could qualify for a return or refund, but the fact that I didn’t get 3 months out of the thing really bugs me.As it stands, when I want another of this style massager, I’ll likely buy this again…. but I’ll do it knowing I’m throwing money at a product I’ll be throwing in the trash inside of 6 months.

I’ve been using this massager for a little while now, and it does the job—mostly. It has its moments where it really helps ease some tension, especially after a long day. It’s not exactly professional-grade, but for casual use, it’s not bad.The design is fairly standard. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to use it effectively, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes more useful. Some parts feel well-made, others less so, but it holds up fine if you’re not too rough with it.Don’t expect miracles—it’s not going to replace a real massage—but for light to moderate relief, it’s worth trying. Just keep your expectations realistic.Would I recommend it? Depends on what you’re looking for. It works, it’s convenient, and it’s helped me out enough to say it wasn’t a waste.

Ich hatte ja schon einmal ein Massagekissen, aber dieses ist unschlagbar. Ich bin sehr verspannt und beim ersten Benutzen war es sooo schmerzhaft das ich meinen Nacken 2 Tage lang nicht berühren konnte. Aber, danach fühlte ich mich viel besser. Es zeigt also Wirkung. Es ist aber wirklich sehr stark beim massieren. Schade finde ich nur das bei dem Gerät NUR der Nacken massiert wird und nicht die Schultern.
