I was looking for a way to de-stress and relax after long hours in front of a computer, and this RENPHO Head & Eye Massager has been an absolute dream. I don’t get headaches, but my eyes get so tired and I often feel a lot of built-up tension in my temples and the back of my head. This device has completely changed my evening routine for the better. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it is. It’s plush, soft, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to get a perfect, snug fit. As soon as you put it on, it blocks out all the light, which instantly helps you disconnect from the day.The massage itself is fantastic. It’s not just a simple vibration – you can feel the air compression gently squeezing and releasing around your eyes, forehead, and temples. It feels like a real, targeted massage that melts away the strain from screen time. The heat function is my favorite part; the gentle warmth is incredibly soothing and helps me relax even more deeply.I love that there are different modes, so I can choose a more invigorating massage if I’m feeling a bit drained or a slower, more calming one before bed. Being able to connect my phone via Bluetooth and play my own relaxing music or a podcast is a huge bonus. It turns a simple 15-minute session into a full-on spa-like experience right in my living room.Honestly, this has become my favorite way to end the day. It helps me completely switch off from work and just have a moment of pure relaxation. If you’re looking for an amazing way to relax and treat yourself, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s a fantastic little luxury that makes a huge difference.

Works great on headaches or just to wind down after a long day. Is really relaxing!

Finally, something that actually massages forehead and not eyes!
This is what I wanted when I bought the Eyeris 3. The eyeris 3 did not help with my headaches at all. It was OK for dry eye since it gets hot enough for a 20 min warm compress to be effective (and much better than heating up masks in microwave) as well as provide some massage to temples and eyes if you think it will help unclog your meibomian glands so they lubricate eyes better. But it didn’t massage my eyebrows or forehead where I get migraine and tension pain. This at least does slight massage and pressure to forehead, pressure to back of head, as well as temples. It doesn’t massage eyes, only heats. Which I’m not even sure how safe massaging eyes is honestly so I’m ok with that. Huge improvement for headaches and even with pressure being lighter than I’d like, relaxing. I hope it is successful and they improve on future versions. I didn’t give 5 stars bc there is room for improvement. I have a small head and this doesn’t adjust or bend in middle like Eyeris 3, so I suspect I’m not experiencing as much pressure as I could since it does not really bend to fit my face snugly, i feel a gap. The heat still works as warm compress for my dry eye so glad that is there. The occipital (back of head) portion is really more like pressure when it pulls. I still enjoy it, but would like it more if I could put it lower closer to where head meets neck as I have a lot of tension there. If I try to put it lower, thwarted by small my head and the mask is contacting even less of my face. My other two complaints is this one doesn’t have the voice assist and I do use that on Eyeris 3 nor does it remember your preferred settings, despite costing more. I haven’t really tested the battery life, but I figure charging it every 2 uses is fine. The other improvement I’d like to see is combine this model with the renpho “shift” model that has speakers built in. The Bluetooth is not that helpful to me bc my husband can hear it too, so i have to try to combine this and my headband headphones. I didn’t see this model on the Renpho website though and I hope they are not discontinuing it. Amazon is filled with eye massagers, but I’m glad to have one that actually massages my head now! If they combined a few features from the Eyeris 3 and Eyeris shift and made the mask more adjustable to different size faces it would be great. Criticisms aside, this is the best option I’ve found so far for those with tension headaches or migraines and what I was hoping to experience with the original Eyeris.

Frustrating programming, ill fitting for smaller heads
I bought the one without the back of the head massage. I have a smaller-ish head and I’ve been using a bob and Brad eye massager for a while but things about it just irked me like the voice.1. The head strap. It either has to go very high or very low on the back of my head, which messes with the fit of the eye part. Either putting too much pressure on the bridge of my nose or my eyes/eyebrows.2. My nose hits the sharp plastic edge of the device as the eye pad doesn’t quite cover it, I’ve tried adjusting it but it always slips back.3. You either have the music/voice or complete silence. I’d have thought at least I could turn off the music and just have the voice. Nope, not only is this highly annoying, what makes it almost unbearable is you have to mute the music every single time you turn it on, because the music volume is NOT saved, only sound & narroration on/off4. I like to go into a savasana pose and go completely still while the massager works; I don’t know if it’s just my unit or what, but it pauses awkwardly in between massage types, and sometimes will stop completely if I am still enough. I have to shake my head for it to continue???? What is the point of relaxation when it turns off when you are still. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️5. Compared to the bob & Brad eye massager, I was hoping there would be more of a variety of massage types in some sort of order i could control, but this is not the case. The massages are very repetitive, the time between it switching massage types is too long, the pressure seems off as any pressure setting pressed on my eyes wrong and not in a relaxing way.Maybe the older version is better, but the one without the back of the head massager is just… frustrating. I have returned it.

I have bought 3 of the previous version (1 as a gift and the other to swap in when the battery dies for longer migraines. They are great for migraines and tension headaches. This newer model is the same but with better controls for sound (I like the repetitive sound of the massager without background noise) and a new massager in the back of the head. I use it multiple times a week and have 1 at work incase I feel one coming on and can preemptively take a pill and put the mask on for an hour. The newer model also has a 15 minute and 30minute mode. I wish it had an hour but 30 is still great.Note: this isn’t a cure for a migraine or cluster headache. It just relieves discomfort and applies white noise to block out other noise which can feel like daggers.Highly recommended.

Love the renpho masc! It’s not as aesthetically nice as the eyeris 3 but is stronger and focuses more on the temples and forehead. The eyeris3 felt weaker around the temples but focused more on pressure to the eyes (which is a sensation I don’t like). You quickly learn where the buttons are so voice control isn’t really needed. At first I thought the noise of the compressor would annoy me but it’s actually quite soothing. For the next model I would recommend fixing the recall feature bc it doesn’t work for sound. Sound always defaults back to normal so I always have to switch it off. Would also like to see more pressure under the eyes.Solid product. 8.5/10
