Worth it
Received this early in the morning today. I see tons of massage devices shoved in closets, at thrift stores, and all over Marketplace, so I was wary. However, my sciatica murders me daily and while my handheld massage gun is great, it isn’t easy to reach back there — especially for a long time. Plugged this beast in (I was surprised it was smaller than expected) and let it do its job. The pressure of the massage arms, the heat, and the size are perfect. Back pain was wiped out (for a while at least) and I was able to be a person for a bit. It feels obnoxiously good. I will be buying some for friends and family for gifts and another for my car. Appears to be great quality and I know some people don’t like the fabric, so we’ll see how it goes!!

Must-have for anyone that does physical labor for work
This massage pillow makes every day feel like a luxury. It’s amazing I can get a truly deep, thorough back massage every day for such a low price. I bought two of these so when the automatic timer goes off at 15 mins to prevent overheating, I have another ready to go if I want.I do a lot of weed whacking daily for work and bought this when I had a slight injury in my upper back from all the imbalanced labor. I was also getting numbness at night while sleeping from tight muscles. This pillow is magic ✨ and helped both of those issues completely!! It feels so good. When you look at the price comparison of over $60 per hour for an in-person massage, versus less than $40 for hundreds of massages over the span several years (maybe longer if it lasts).. It just makes way too much sense to buy one of these. Even if it craps out after a year of daily use, the price point will have me buying it again and again. Because you can’t even get one single in person massage for that price. Amazing and highly recommend!

Neck pain relief
Product does what it says. Feels good on the neck especially with the heat. Comes with a plug in to outlet and car charger. If you don’t mind cords then I suggest trying this. I myself would prefer a chargeable one. Much more convenient.

Just bought my second one after my first one died after 5 years. I love this for getting the knots out of my shoulders and back. If you’re sensitive to pressure on knots it might not be for you. I have to move it around sometimes to get specific spots but that’s minor. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. I love the heat component on it too. I would definitely recommend it! I also loved that my old one died at 3PM that day and by 9PM I had my new one!!

Cover needs to be improved.
I purchased in 2022. Its still works ( I never use the heater). Only major issue is with the cover. I’ve stitched the seams twice in the past, now the black cover over the rollers has worn out. Make sure u have clothes covering ur skin when using this. It can create skin blisters if you are not careful. Found this out when I first bought it. My shirt lefted up and I had a softball size blister on my lower back.

This little thing is awesome. It saved me from a course of steroids for my back. Pair it with a hot water bottle and let the relief begin. Highly recommend this roller. I just moved it every few minutes all the way down to my lowest back muscles and felt immense relief.

Very Good, But…….
Bought for my neck and it is surprisingly nearly as good as the tissue message I get from my physical therapist. That’s where the 4 comes from. You do have to experiment with position, orientation and settings to get the mix of comfort and results right for you. .But….The unit is very strong. It can be very painful. Much is dependent on the weight you put on it. Full body weight laying on it postioned mid back I found intolerable. Not so with thigh and calf as an example and manageable upper back between the shoulder blades if reclined rather than lying down on it. Still experimenting.The one I received was not new. The box was not sealed and the power cord was not packaged. It would be better if the control buttons were more excessible like on the power cord so easier to change settings while lying on it without contorting or losing the right position being used at the time.

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money.And NOW…The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was “$231.36 for Xpresspost International”- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int’l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it’s NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you’re looking to purchase this!
