Excellent absorption-Great Vitamins!
I’ve been taking this for over a week straight. I have seen an improvement in overall health. I suffer from low iron and issues absorbing nutrients, so I have to take extra vitamins & supplements to offset the overall health issues I have. First I’ll start by saying I usually get nausea very easily with vitamins. This was not an issue at all with this particular brand. I noticed improvements with my energy on days 2-3 that made me feel like I’d keep taking for that alone. It has all the important vitamins that are essential for women’s health. When compared to the store available vitamins this one sets the bar. The only downside was having to take 3 a day. I usually take 2 in the morning & 1 at night and it seems to be helping me feel better-especially energy wise. It has extra benefits from MethyGlow prop blend of 225 mg & Omega-3 Fish oil powder which is an excellent source of nutrients. I look forward to giving this a full month’s trial and re-ordering as these types of products take up to 90 days before maximum benefits can be seen. For the price this is an affordable option for a high quality vitamin. No nausea or upset stomach is a huge plus!

I’m not sure what specifically about this supplement makes it “for women”, and if I’m being honest it looks like a marketing ploy to try to justify charging the “women’s tax”. For that reason, I’m removing a star.I’m nevertheless impressed with the variety of ingredients in this supplement. Notably, probiotics, CoQ10, and vitamins D and K are useful additions that may replace supplements you’re already taking. Methylation should also help with absorption for the B-vitamins.I’ll note that there is a moderately strong fishy taste and smell to these capsules, likely from the choline and the fish oil powder. The latter isn’t present in enough quantity to do much anyway, though that also has a silver lining in that it reduces the possibility of getting fishy burps from this supplement if you take it with food.Overall, I’m pretty happy with this multivitamin other than the price.

The thing that drew me to this supplement was that all of the vitamins are methylated and bioavailable.For those that have a harder time processing nonmethylated, vitamins. This supplement is a one month supply.And you are suggested to take three capsules once a day with food. It did well with my digestion and did not give me an upset stomach or strange after burps. You really get a lot of nutrition with this particular vitamin, and it is a one month supply. The price is a little high per month.Just for vitamins, but to get the vitamin in a form that your body can easily process and use makes it worth the price. The capsules are a little big for my liking. I personally have a hard time swallowing pills. So these take me a while to mentally prep myselfBut I am able toSwallow them with a little bit of patience. Overall, this is a really great methylated.Multivitamin, and I have been really liking the way i’m starting to feel when I take it.I feel that it is giving me more energy during the day and better clarity. I love that it also has probiotics thrown in there with everything else.
