These now supplements vitamin A 10,000 IU are healthy health supplements are so good. My vitamin A levels are so high. My doctor told me I’m taking them for a few years but very good that I have. I don’t know about that but my eyes is vision so still good

Honestly didn’t notice any difference in my vision, but I did have Lasik a long time ago so maybe I was expecting too much. The product came in little, easy to swollen capsules. They did not cause any stomach discomfort and they are an essential nutrient for your body. Good price, would buy again.
