WHERE has thing thing BEEN my whole life?!?
This is one of those things where you smack yourself on the head and wonder why nobody has thought of this before now. It’s absolutely brilliant for curly hair!! We try and lift our roots with a brush….it drags through the rest of the hair and makes it frizzy. We try to lift it with a pick, and it still decides what direction it’s going to do in. This thing is WONDERFUL to lift and direct the curl where YOU want it to go! If you have areas that naturally want to frizz and not lie nicely (for me, it’s the top and front), you can give this a twist and roll it up a bit, hit it with the diffuser (with curly hair product on, of course) and voila! Nice, lovely curls that match the rest of your head. Yes, it’s lightweight plastic and I’m seeing where people have had theirs break or fall apart–I’ve had zero problems. I don’t know how I made it almost 59 years in lift without this thing, but I’ll never be without it again!!

Does not work because it doesn’t last
Ok, it’s an inexpensive hair tool , so it is not surprising that it doesn’t last long before it breaks. But, really, this flimsy hair tool breaks apart if you travel with it. There’s no way you can use it outside your home, because as soon as you pack it, it breaks into pieces. Not a lot of use out of it…

Defined curls once you get the hang of the brush
This brush does a really good job of defining your curls once you get the hang of how to do it. I have been straightening/blowdrying my hair for YEARS and my curl pattern is not nearly as great as it used to be.I personally am not a fan of “finger-curling” my hair because it takes way too long. This brush takes a third of the time compared to finger curling and leaves the most gorgeous curls that you can separate once your hair is dry!Highly recommend.

Can’t figure out how to use it
Can’t figure out how to use it to manipulate my curls. Extremely cheap too, don’t drop it on the floor. It might break.

It works!
I was skeptical, but this actually works well. There is a small learning curve, but after one or two tries, you will have the hang of it. I have fine curly hair and this helps me create way more defined curls.

The first product I got was broken and the second one was good but I just don’t think it does much for my hair. Might be better for people with more hair than me.

Fantastic curling tool for 3a/2c hair
My curls have never looked better, even days after wash day. I used this in my curl routine and it’s much better for definition than scrunching or using my curl brush. I twist from the bottom up, that seems to be the easiest as the root down approach gave me more frizz.
