I wish it had another clamp or something to secure it down to my head like a roller.It took me a sec to figure out how to work it, But it’s great for perfecting my bang wave!

I was surprised
Initially I was underwhelmed by this 2 in 1 hair comb roller but I was wrong. So my initial disappointment came from one, thinking there would be two of these not just one. That’s on me for not understanding and retaining the info in the listing. And two, the plastic feels cheap and like it might break easily. Having said that I’ve had this for about a month now and it’s gone on 2 work trips with me. The size is great for dropping in a purse or gym bag. The telescoping handle makes this super easy to use as a comb and it does pop out and snap into place so it will stay extended during use. I find for me this is great for using to separate and volumizing my fringe. Am I using this for full on styling? Not unless the apocalypse happens and this is the only brush I have with me. But for on the go touch ups and small section stylings to refresh second day hair this is perfect for me. I expected it to break within the first two uses but I’ve had it for a month now and it’s been on several plane flights with me and is showing no signs of giving out so far. The price is a little high in my opinion for the quality of what you’re getting but after coming to find myself reaching for this as often and I have been maybe I’m wrong and the price is just right.

Didn’t Work for My Hair Type – Poor Quality and No Instructions
I was hopeful about this 2-in-1 Hair Comb Roller & Volumizing Clip, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for my hair type at all. Instead of lifting or adding volume, it got badly tangled, which was frustrating and kind of painful to remove.The product also feels very cheaply made, and despite the description, it did not come with any instructions. Even though the design seems simple and somewhat intuitive, it would have been helpful to know the proper technique—especially to avoid damage or tangles.It might work for some, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it. I won’t be using it again.

I ordered it for travel, thinking the retractable handle is so portable. And it is,. However, this comb roller is harder to use than it looks. I cannot figure out how to make it useful. It doesn’t work as a comb for my hair, which means it doesn’t really volumize for me. I never spontaneously reach for it as I work on my hair.

Great idea, but pretty rough execution.
I thought a non-electric way of taming my bangs that always curl the wrong way -AKA my “horns” would be great.The good:- It is very compact, the handle telescopes into itself.The not so good:- It grabs my bangs fine, but when I twist to use the comb it basically pulls the hair with little to no smoothing and/or fluffing effect :-(The just OK:- As a leave in curler it’s OK – and removing it after my bangs are dry it does create a nicely shaped fluff.
