Just got it it has everything I take for vitamins and magnesium I think the price is better than buying everything separately plus its mad in the United States I’ll pay more for that plus you can get it with your HSA or fsa account tax free money win win but I’ll update you when after I have used it for awhile.. I know it says for gut health but if you have a poor diet nothing is really going to change with your gut health.. drunk plenty of water and not just six glasses or 8 glasses it goes by how much you weigh.. research it we are made of water More than anything… Plus fiber is a great help more fiber the better

These have a great line up of benefits, but just be prepared for the massive size of these as it makes it not easy to take for those who have difficult swallowing larger pills.

I purchased these with my FSA because I had to use it up before it went away. $50 is a lot for supplements. I did not notice a difference but then again, I never really notice a difference when I’m taking vitamins, I just take them because my diet is so poor. 😅The prompt on the review says to talk about pain relief. I did not experience any pain relief nor did I expect to from a one-a-day vitamin.The capsules were easier to take compared to most non chewable multi vitamins. They were not giant and did not have any bad aftertaste or cause burps.Due to how expensive these were, I did not repurchase. I purchased one of the “regular” multivitamins. The giant pressed pill kind that are harder to swallow and you can taste them for a few hours afterwards.If these pills were not so expensive, I would likely purchase them again.

Great supplement for busy moms!
