Great Product But Expect Light Rust over Time
Overall very satisfied. I have only used it once for 30 minutes, but so far I am pretty impressed. Assembly was pretty easy. Machine is suprisingly quiet and is pretty smooth. I can watch videos on my phone while on the machine and the machine is not noisy at all. Only complaint is the plastic steps do flex a little bit in the center but I am 270 pounds so that is understandable. I plan on using this machine 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Will update review in a few months for a longer term review. One thing to add is the shipping company(Pilot Freight Services) they use for freight is not the best. Came 5 days later than the estimate. Tracker never updated. Shipping company had zero communication. I was one day away from getting a refund from Amazon then the delivery driver showed up with no prior communication. They were supposed to call ahead of time to verify that I would be at my house. However the shipping company does not reflect the product itself or product quality, so as of now I would still rate it 5/5 stars. Will update after a few months of regular use.Update- Machine Still going strong after almost a year. Paint is bubbling in some areas and some minor rust spots are starting to show. The paint and hardware are not very rust-resistant. All in all it still functions without any functional flaws and as of now the rust is just cosmetic.

Top Value, Good Machine
I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn’t afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn’t work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!

Great home Stair climber/stepper with a minor adjustment
This is a great home stair climber/stepper. Shipping was great, although the time frame was 8am to 8pm., I live in northern CA. so NSD was the freight shipper. I was lucky to get a.m. delivery so I didn’t have to wait around all day for the delivery. Setting up was very easy, it consisted of attaching the monitor and the two hand rails. I was able to move it around by pushing or pulling the back end then the front, granted I only had to move it 3 feet from where the crate was dropped/delivered. Operation is smooth and quiet, seems to be good quality for the money. The monitor buttons work well and the pulse sensor works great too. I did have one complaint, the laser shut down or emergency shut off at the bottom of the steps is a little too high and shuts off a bit too early. I do double steps to work deeper into the thighs and gluts and it would shut off prematurely. I lowered the laser shut off, if you take a look at the pics its fairly easy to drill out where the screw is and lower it by a couple inches. That makes all the difference and does not shut off every time when doing double steps. Other than that it is a solid machine and would recommend it for anyone looking for a home stair climber.

The company did an amazing job communicating delivery and arrival of the item! Upon arrival it was perfectly packaged and relatively easy assembly. My husband and I were able to move it! Machine works perfectly!!! I have used it everyday since I got it and it’s amazing!!! I love that the stairs lock into place when the machine is stopped or off. It has multiple step up points to get on and off. The changing of gears is smooth and fast. Would absolutely buy again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stair stepper stopped working after 3 days, horrible customer service trying to get it repaired.
Had the stair machine 3 days and it stopped working. The steps now just free spin with no resistance whether the machine is on or off. When the machine is turned on it clicks but the steps do not start rotations and if I try to step on the machine they just free spin and I fall straight to the ground. I am not able to put any weight on the steps without it free spinning. I have contacted GMWD customer support and they have nobody to talk to on the phone. They communicate through email. So it’s a huge hassle having to describe and send pictures/videos through email to their technicians. It would be a lot easier communicate with someone on the phone. Then I have to wait to receive emails back which has taken about a day to receive an email back each time. There has been several times where the communication wasn’t clear and I’ve had to write an email back just to make sure they understand what was in my email, which just makes the process even longer and builds my frustration. If this doesn’t get resolved very soon, I will end up just returning the step machine before the return period is up. It’s going on 6 days now since I first contacted GMWD customer service and I have been emailing back and forth just trying to figure out what’s wrong.

Product: Quite, Powerful, Easy to assemble, LEGIT. Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Amazon delivery used a 3rd party (Hub Group) to deliver this 400lb mammoth. It was a day late, but they gave me the reduced price, comped me an extra $50 for Amazon, and got me in direct contact with shipping company. I would highly recommend this stairmill. I have used plenty of equipment and I can tell that this is worth the price point, don’t hesitate-get it.

Great build quality at an affordable price
This thing is a tank, works great, fits in my garage well with 8ft ceilings. The interface is basic but honestly what more do you need than the basic info. Was easy to get together, only took about 30 minutes to get it set up and running.
