Shakes the stress right out of you. The moment I stepped on this vibration plate, I felt my legs and back just melt into a calm. It’s hard to describe but the feeling of relaxation is almost imediat, like a light wave runs through your body. I honestly didn’t expect that much from a machine like this. Today everyone in the family uses it, and yes, we kind of made a “line” for it in the living room. The 200 adjustable speeds are more than enough – even the low settings are surprisingly effective. It’s not loud at all, more like a gentle humm in the background. My feet and calves feel lighter after session, and my lower back isn’t as tight anymore. It also seems to help with circulation, which was a big bonus. I use it for 8 minutes and feel refreshed without any heavy workout. The platform is rock solid: no shaking or cheap plasticky feel. The little remote is super handy, I just click through speeds without stepping off. Only thing I’d tweak is the display brightness, just a touch higher. Not really designed for Neuropathy but still great
Works as advertised BUT , if you are wanting a high speed vibration pad for neuropathy treatment , this is not the one for you.Still planning on keeping it for other uses but it is not what I thought it was ( my mistake, not the sellers ) as I was l looking for a cheaper alternative to LifePro that my Dr uses.
