Stretching Made Simple and Effective with Non-Elastic Stretching Strap
I recently added the Non-Elastic Stretching Strap with Loops to my fitness routine, and it has proven to be a game-changer for my flexibility and physical therapy exercises.**Durability and Quality:**The build quality of this stretching strap is outstanding. The non-elastic material is sturdy and holds up well under tension, providing a reliable and controlled stretch. The reinforced stitching around the loops instills confidence in its durability, making it a long-lasting addition to my fitness gear.**Versatility in Stretching:**What sets this stretching strap apart is its versatility. The multiple loops along its length allow for a variety of grip options, enabling targeted stretches for different muscle groups. Whether I’m working on my hamstrings, quadriceps, or shoulders, this strap accommodates a range of exercises with ease.**Adjustable Length:**The adjustable length of the strap is a practical feature. It allows me to customize the intensity of my stretches, making it suitable for both beginners and more advanced users. The length is generous enough for full-body stretches but can be easily shortened for more concentrated muscle targeting.**Comfortable Grip:**The soft and comfortable grip of the strap enhances the overall stretching experience. The material feels gentle on the hands, preventing discomfort or irritation during prolonged use. The loops are wide enough to accommodate hands and feet comfortably, ensuring a secure grip without slipping.**Compact and Portable:**I appreciate the portability of this stretching strap. Great for PT stretches
I had purchased this previously and used it very little. But then I hurt my Achilles and my PT suggested using a slant board. I remembered I had this one and I’ve been using it twice a day along with the other exercises. My Achilles is almost back to normal. The board itself is very sturdy and well made. I use it bare foot and it doesn’t hurt my feet at all. Besides my Achilles, it stretches out tight calves and takes the pressure off my hips and knees. If you bend your knee while on the slant board, you can get an even deeper stretch.I haven’t used the strap yet so can’t speak to that. It’s a great stretching tool that I’m glad I purchased.

Valuable tool for strengthening and flexibility.
This band has helped me tremendously during my recovery from knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist recommended it to me and it was reasonably priced. It helped with both stretching and strengthening my leg muscles. It’s easy to use and comes with a storage bag. I’ll continue to use it after my recovery to keep my muscles flexible and strong. It is durable and I used it confident that it would not tear. The foot loops held my feet securely in place.I highly recommend this product.

Great non-elastic exercise strap at a great price!
This non-elastic strap is perfect for the at-home exercises that were assigned to my wife by her Physical Therapist. We already had elastic bands from previous PT sessions, but her current rehab required the non-elastic type. The loops allow for use on different extremities, the strap itself is quite sturdy and economical.

  8. Charles W. Haynes

    Effective for PT stretching exercises.
I use this for stretching exercises. The fabric is sturdy and comfortable, and the loops allow me to grip with less effort as well as give me opportunities to adjust tension in a graduated fashion. Love it!

I like that it has numbers.

  12. JC

Strap is ok. There was no bag or exercise guide included as stated in the description, disappointing!

I bought these not to exercise with them but to have them with me constantly when I use my Walker or wheelchair. I am handicapped and cannot get up if I fall. This is amazing to help others get me up as I can Loop my arms through the loops as a safety when people are lifting me. The paramedics even commented on how good they were
