Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble and excellent build to handle all that work and resistance, it seems as if the product will last for years, for the fair price one shouldn’t have to replace it but if over the years a new one is needed it will not break the bank. My limbs are the wrong size for curls, but I’m sure everybody else does the curl exercise flawlessly. The Nooncrazy is comfortable although the force coming back off the part A of the exercise (given every exercise has a part A and a part B the comeback part) is considerable and requires some adjustment to not hurt to the point of discontinuing exercise. It’s important to understand that this device can take someone with lesser strength and build strength for them, so every level can benefit. If there are persons that can blast through these with ease would be totally amazing then try the second set of resistance bars for the incredibly strong individuals. The design is genius and very portable can go anywhere, and one can get your repetitions on. In such a short time muscles may need to rest 24 hours. Even if a person is weak or sick I believe this product can get chi flowing for healing.

Good workout!
This is a fairly simple machine. It works muscles I don’t typically get to work with my home workout and I like that. I can feel some soreness the next day in my lats in my chest, the under part of my arm and a little bit of my shoulder. If you’re looking for something a little extra to add to your daily workout routine, this is a decent machine to have.

5 star product. Worth every dollar
This exercise machine is easy to put together and use. I have had many surgeries and can’t lift iron weights. I’ve had to go 20 plus years without a way to keep my arms and upper body strong and toned. I started with the 30 pound setting and have moved up to the 60 pound settings. In 3 months of using it every day, I saw noticeable progress. I’m now 5 months in and I’m very happy. I am making progress without causing damage. I highly recommend this. It has 30 to 120 tension. Great for arms, shoulders, and chest.

Good quality, well made, perfect for exercises described in the manual, I avoided the over the neck and behind the back exercises – uncomfortable for me. The rest of exercises does a great job in isolating the muscle area identified in the manual. Compact and perfect for quick sets during TV and Games commercials break.

Great exerciser!!
This exerciser is a nice tool for strengthening your upper body, and back muscles. Have been using it regularly.I am not totally ripped yet but I only have it for a month. I have noticed it helps with my core muscles, noticeably with my back, from top to bottom. Take it easy at first, then work up to a more vigorous workout. I started with 10 reps per day per week at first. Then 15 reps. Now I have worked up to 20 reps, taking breaks between each exercise. I have also noticed my arms are way more sturdier! At 62, this is a nice tool for toning up arm , back and chest muscles. It is worth it for keeping in shape for upper body, if used regularly.

Easy to put together. Works well. Wish the bend was a little more so it won’t put that much strain on the forearms.
