Best bang for your buck Vitamin D!
The perfect amount of omega 3 and vitamin d in one convenient supplement that comes in a year supply. All I have to do is set a reminder to reorder and I’m good to go for the year. No detectable odor, the size is manageable, and it tastes like a traditional omega 3 but not overpowering like other gels. I have no issues with swallowing it and taking it has allowed me to meet my lab needs and perform at my best.

My spine and brain surgeon recommend this brand to me.I was placed on #4 4000iu daily as my D level was too low for spinal surgery, so low that it took a year before it actually showed max (accepted) elevation.This is a very good product and brand in my opinion and has worked for the 6 yrs and four spine surgeries.*********************************I am not a doctor or surgeon, what is stated below is from experience.Side note: If you find yourself needing Vitamin D for a spine surgery, and you have the option of getting a disc implant instead of a fusion, get a disc implant!!!My first surgery was an implant (to the wrong disc) and I didnt even know it was done except for the incision area. Do not get a fusion (implant was fused over later) unless you’ll die or be totally disabled if you don’t. Ask EVERY question imaginable and educate yourself in your MRI results “words, meanings, ect”. L4/L5/S1 Fusions can affect your SI Joints, which cause them to work more than usual and can be very painful and cause spasms, then generates to your hips causing pain.There is A LOT of online information on failed fused spine surgeries and what medical ailments and even disability that it causes. Please read up what you can for questions before surgery.Im not a doctor or surgeon, but just someone that went through Pain Management with injections and 4 spine surgeries the first 6 yrs, but since 2011 that has read up on a lot of medical studies and forums during and after that time)Surgeons will say it is a successful surgery even if it was a failed surgery, meaning the procedure went well and you didn’t die from it.Take care of you!

Hard to find D3 vitamin D that is economical and large quantity
Although I have read one is not supposed to exceed 2000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day by some physicians, I have also read that to get the full benefit of the vitamin you need at least this amount(4000). I have been taking these capsules for a couple of years now (I am in my late 60’s), and I have seen no deleterious effects. On the other hand, I have not noted any magical improvement in my health either (but then I have always been very healthy as I lead a fairly decent life style). But back to the vitamin, the capsules are small (and kind of rubbery), so they are easy to swallow. You get over a year’s worth for the money, and these capsules (D3) are not that easy to find, and are more expensive in smaller bottles. Therefore, when you consider price, difficulty of obtaining, and ease of taking, these are the best deal on the market IF you are convinced you want to take this heavy a dose. I do recommend reading up on the vitamin before buying these; as I said at the beginning, there is disagreement about how high a dosage is safe. I think these are safe, at least for me, and I plan to continue taking them.

Although I received the order and no issue with that. I was disappointed I couldn’t return. It’s on me that I overlooked and ingredient issue in the description but had no idea I could not return even though the plastics wrapping was completely intact
