    Easy to use
    I liked the fact that this was simple to use. I had one main goal to focus on for that day. The structure helped me see how these worked together to “compound” as they say in the journal. Good quality materials and great layout. It worked for me!

    Not a blank journal, but more of a success-workbook
    I’ve been a believer in journaling for many years, but I prefer to type on my computer because it’s faster (and my typing is more legible than my handwriting). But I’ve read a number of articles that say that writing by hand is more effective (something about exercising the brain), so I figured I’d try journaling by hand for a change.I chose this journaling notebook, thinking it was basically a book with some blank pages. I was wrong. This “journal” starts with 14 pages describing the science of journaling and a how-to guide to using the book. It follows that informative introduction with over 200 pages, room for journaling 52 weeks, 4 pages per week.Now if you think about it, 4 6×8-inch pages isn’t a lot of room for a week’s worth of journaling. But it’s not simple journaling. In each weekly group of 4 pages, there’s a place to describe my objective for that week, and then my daily objective for each of the 5 days in the week, with a one-sentence review of how I did on that objective. The next page is where I write a review of the week, that I write when the week’s over. The fourth page is an affirmation, a suggestion, or questions of a more general nature. In short, this is anything but a collection of blank pages, waiting for you to write in it. It’s more of a “success workbook” than a diary.I’m impressed with it. My only regret is that they only provide a place to state my objective and reflect on the day for 5 days of the week. I wish it did it for all 7 days, or at the least 6 of the 7 days of the week. But that’s OK — it might be good for me to take a break from journaling for the weekend.So if you’re looking for a blank notebook in which you can record your thoughts, this isn’t it. But if you want a well-written workbook that will guide you to having a more productive, more satisfying year, this “journal” is terrific! A great way to start the year!

    This journal is an excellent Christmas gift for any woman in your life. It is beautiful, well made, sturdy, and easily gift-able. It was incredibly well-received from the intended recipient, and that is what I am basing my rating off of. But I have heard amazing rave reviews from the person I gave it to, and that always makes me happy. I am glad that I bought it as a gift, and it was well received as well.

    Excellent Goal Setting Guided Journal – Undated
    This is a really great quality journal, first of all. The cover is a beautiful color and although the gsm of the paper is not listed, I would guess that the paper is 80 gsm. I have never used a guided journal, but I am trying to be more goal oriented this year and I needed a little guidance.The journal has about 10 pages explaining the journal, kind of boring, but useful and the pages really make clear what the journal is for. I am a behavior analyst like the creators of the journal, so I am interested to see how these prompts work for me. There is an entire year’s worth of guided pages, because repetition if so important in achieving actual changes.

    I really like this daily journal. It is small enough to toss in my purse but not so small that it’s frustrating to use. I love the lay out and the prompts. It is designed in a way that feels satisfying. I usually get these types of products and they fall out of favor with me in a matter of days. This one is different.     A solid way to achieve – one day at a time.
    I can’t give a review about results… as this book provides you with a long-term method of achieving something… and I’ve just put my hands on it!But I CAN speak to the concept, and the quality of the book – and the writing within. It’s a helpful, clear guide to do exactly what it says… make a shift by acting daily.There are weekly sections, where, day by day, you use the steps they’ve helped you lay out towards achieving something major, in a way that inspires you to do so.I’m excited to begin my journey with it.BTW – the book is beautifully bound and printed, and has an elastic placeholder built in, so you can open the book right to where you are.

    This journal has an elegant cover, thick pages, and excellent binding, with a refreshing no-nonsense and clutter-free layout. You get each week at-a-glance, spread out side by side on two pages. Weekly inspirational quotes, goal assessments, and actionable insights set his journal apart. While I wish it had a ribbon marker to keep my place, it does have a convenient elastic loop.This journal provides education and instruction to guide your journey toward achieving goals. By investing time daily (5 days out of 7), you’ll reap significant rewards. In the long run (52 weeks), the value it offers may just be priceless!
