This is my new FAVORITE perfume. OMG I’m telling you this smells soooooo good. I’ve bought it three times now. It gives sweet, delicate, bombshell beauty. It makes me feel like a Victoria Secret model looks, lol. It’s very decadent and inviting , smells so sweet but not too sweet. Ultra delicious, with a hint of spicy. It’s smells like refinement and sophistication, and what smells to me like rose candy- but that listen that description doesn’t do this perfume justice! Sooo good. In love with it. It also lasts forever, lasts all day and into the next several days. I sometimes smell it on clothing I’ve previously worn. I feel the pheromones work too, it makes me feel a confidence awakening and a divinely freeing sense of boldness. Ok, now this part was weird. So, the first time I smelled it sort of made me feel aggressive. I guess because of the pheromones? Luckily that only happened once and it wore off pretty quickly. After that I just felt so damn delicious. Lol! But seriously this seems to bring out a person’s natural charisma and “inner beauty”. I’ve read that pheromones can do that. I feel like I have spent thousands of dollars on perfumes that smell good in the store but not once I got home or smelled good the first week and then I couldn’t smell it anymore or smelled great but 4 hours later you couldn’t tell I had put any on. And then I come across this perfume because an airline attendant who reached over to give me my beverage smelled absolutely wonderful and told me to try this perfume. She said she puts it on at 6 o’clock in the morning and by 6 o’clock that evening, she is still getting compliments, which is true because I was on a later flight. I get tons of compliments. It lasts all day. It’s the perfect travel size for your purse and you cannot beat the cost! The smell is perfect. Reminds me of black opium, but not as strong smelling but definitely lasts longer.

Lush & Seductive… incredibly long lasting!
Velvet Opium by PUREAMOR is a gorgeous interpretation inspired by YSL’s Black Opium and honestly, it blew me away. From the moment I sprayed it, I was met with a vibrant, juicy burst of pear, pink pepper and orange blossom that felt fresh and feminine. But what truly surprised me was how deep and sensual it became on my skin. The heart and base notes are where this fragrance really shines.The bitter almond and licorice give the coffee and jasmine a dark, velvety edge that feels rich and addictive. And the dry down? Absolutely stunning. The vanilla, patchouli, cedar and cashmere wood create a warm, opulent finish that lingers for hours. This actually lasted roughly 12 hours on my skin, which never happens for me with most perfumes.I felt undeniably sensual wearing this. It’s confident, feminine and bold, without being overpowering. For the price and size, this perfume is an incredible value and it doesn’t feel “cheap” at all. The travel-friendly bottle is sleek and practical, and I love that it sprays rather than rolls on.I’ve tried other dupes before, but this one really stood out to me. If you love musky, slightly sweet and sexy perfumes with great staying power, Velvet Opium is definitely worth trying. It made me feel magnetic.

Takes a while to “blend in” with your skin…
Though the scent is pleasant once it “warms up” and “blends” in with your skin, at first it has a “plasticy” scent to it. Then, later it changes to a warm vanilla-y, earthy, very slight floral scent. Not a bad thing, but takes a while. It does not overpower like some perfumes do, but lasts quite a while – it is quite effective when it comes to wearability. I could still smell it on my skin the next morning after putting it on the night before! It’s also nice that the travel size comes in a spray bottle vs. a roll on, making it easier to apply.

I love the smell of the Pureamor parfume Scarlet Rouge, smells so good and mild and not very strong that’s what I like. Not the other parfume it makes you a headache. This one is perfect. Smells lovely at first, but fades oddly
This fragrance starts off beautifully—strong, fresh, and really lovely. It makes a great first impression! However, it fades fairly quickly. That wouldn’t be a huge deal, except the dry-down changes in a strange way. After a little while, it takes on a weird petroleum-like scent, kind of mixed with the original perfume. It’s not awful, just unexpected and not something I personally enjoy.If you’re into unusual base notes or don’t mind reapplying, this might still work for you!

Blind bought this (which I normally don’t do) after reading the stellar reviews. I’ve been looking for a scrumptious skin scent, something lingering, intoxicating, close to the skin. And while I don’t tend toward gourmands, this really felt like a safe bet- Now, for the folks who live/love this, you’re not wrong! It delivers, on every level, save one. I was first disappointed in myself, for not realizing it was a “dupe” for a classic perfume (I was focused on the notes). But second, I felt let down by the generic nature of it. To me, it’s dated, has that “whatever it is” ingredient that makes commercial perfumes smell like they’re related by blood, not marriage. Well hey, more for you guys!
