Sturdy Strap
This strap is exactly what I was looking for. I have been going to PT for low back pain, and this works well for stretching out my legs and hips. It is very easy to use and has a variety of uses pending your needs. I was impressed with how well made it was.

Definitely a useful product when used for extensive stretching exercises. Worth the money. Better than standard PT stretching bands. I’m 76, in shape except for those osteoarthritis knees. Hard to stretch, although this product allows me much better control in pulling legs in various positions to improve flexibility. Fun part as well, is learning different exercises specifically for my needs that aren’t listed in the handy exercise guide. Im 6’2” and 186 lbs and length of product is perfect. Though I’ve only used for couple weeks, I believe the stitches are strong enough to hold up long term.

I like this strap for stretching because of the ten loops I can grasp and I don’t have to wrap it around my hand to keep it from sliding. Each loop is well reinforced to withstand tugging.
