Recommended to me by my doctor and I’ve taken them for years
I’ve been taking SmartyPants gummy vitamins for a few years–this brand specifically was recommended to me by my doctor as a multivitamin that’s comprehensive and has a more absorbable form of folate. As gummy vitamins go, these taste good, have a pleasant texture, and smell fine. They never upset my stomach or really cause any problems of any kind. I don’t really notice a difference when I’m taking vitamins versus when I’m not taking vitamins, but when I’ve had labs done my vitamin levels are never low, so they must be working I guess!This is the first bottle I’ve bought of the new formula, and I have to say I’m pleased with it! The gummies are smaller and you take fewer per dose, so they’re a better value.

Celiac disease GREAT!! 100% gluten free
I have celiac disease. So first thing I wanna say is these are certified gluten-free, which is really great. A lot of vitamins will say that they are gluten-free, but they are not certified.I recently accidentally ate gluten twice within two months from the same place. If you are somebody who suffers with celiac disease, you will understand that this set me back at least two months. I have been eating really bland to try to heal my intestines. I am finally back to normal and decided to start taking vitamins so that I can stop feeling so tired and moody all the time. I took these this morning and I already feel so much more energy than I normally have! I am somebody that doesn’t want to overwhelm my intestines and stomach with heavy vitamins and these are the perfect amount to get me back to baseline! I recommend these they are really great. I know that some people don’t want sugar or chewable vitamins, but these really are helpful if you don’t want to take a heavy amount of vitamins that we would pee out anyway! I also love that these vitamins are the healthier version like methylcobalamin or methylfolate. This vitamin company has the healthier versions of the vitamins themselves. If you do your research this is a really great vitamin.

I wish the company would offer a berry blend. I like everything about these vitamins except the citrus taste to the orange and lemon versions. I cringe and make a sour face after eating them.

Make readable please
They need to specify that the serving is 6 gummies a day. Also please make your package readable without magnification. Ridiculous how small the writing is on this product. I want to read things before I take them. Gummies have a nice taste have a lot of vitamins in one product.
