Thick high-quality hip band
These are thick and excellent quality. I workout regularly and I have worn out several of these hip bands over the years. I was cautious of this product because the price was so good, but these are thick and they seem to be great quality. I have purchased hit bands in the past that were light and flimsy and easy to stretch. This one is not. They are thick and solid and I imagine they will last many years.

Love em, even after a couple years of use!
Love these! I’ve had mine for a couple years and use them regularly. They’re very slip resistant and grippy, and the three different ’weights’ are a nice variety. Easy to put on, easy to wash (throw in delicates bag and wash with cool or warm load and hang dry). They came with a storage bag and are great to throw in a suitcase for travel workouts. Would recommend these for sure!

Stay in place
I love including these in my workout routine! I kept having a problem with the thin latex ones rolling up and twisting but these stay in place for my whole workout. I love that they come in three different resistance levels as well.

There is a big difference between the resistance in the medium vs the heavy. I wish the medium were a tad more resistant…. like, I guess I need a heavy heavy and the heavy to get the resistance I’m looking for. Also, they have a weird rubber smell that does disappear after a while (almost like latex or a balloon…)

Much more comfortable than the rubber fitness bands. They don’t slip and move about, so much easier to use without the constant stopping to readjust. Good variance in the three bands allowing a change in resistance and something to work towards. Hardest one gives a really good challenge. Cosmetically nicely made and decent looking too. Imagine they will last well.
