Flexibility and comfort along with ease of use
I bought this for a long flight to Europe and it worked out perfectly for my back and neck providing just the right amount of support I wanted for each area. First follow the directions on inflation. I did this two days before my scheduled trip. It takes firm pressure to get the air out so it fits back into the mesh case but the elastic band provided to keep it rolled up helps to keep the deflated pillow in shape to fit into the mesh bag. Be sure to close the valave which is so easy you might think it will not work but it absolutely does. When it’s time to use it just unroll open the valave and I blow in just a little air . Close the Val e and see how it feels on the intended area. If it feels too firm or full just untwist the valve and squeeze out a little air. Keep repeating until you get the desired fullness. If you change area from back to neck just use the same process to fill or let out air . I loved that I could get exactly the right amount of fullness that I wanted so I could move the pillow from one location to another. It was so easy to use. Definitely worth the price for the flexibility you get along with ease of transporting in a carry on tote. I also plan to use this on car trips or for sunbathing if I need a little pillow. Cudos on technology that works !

Fantastic lumbar support pillow
A phenomenal lumbar pillow for travel: I have spondylosis anteriolithesis and will have this issue the rest of my life so I am learning how to maintain my active lifestyle while making adjustments, to not further aggravate my back. This pillow is now part of my life. It’s size makes it easily transportable (whether traveling by plane, car, train, restaurants or even using on chairs/ couches that lack support etc.. I have 3 of them . 1 stays in my car, the other attached to my roller bag and one in my husband’s car, so I am never without. The other great thing with this lumbar pillow is that it has an elastic strap that fits on luggage handles and goes over chairs, so it stays in place. It’s also inflatable so you can adjust it to the amount of support you need/want. I hope you find it as helpful as I have.

Works great for what it is, but a little bit small for me
I really like this travel pillow and use it for back support. Inflation is very easy, just open the value and massage it a little bit and it inflates. Putting it back down is also very quick, just putting pressure and it deflates without much effort.The only downside is that it’s just not tall enough for me. It’s wide, which is great but it would be better for me if it were a little larger/taller.I will keep using it along with my Tempur-Pedic travel pillow – why not?!If I had to leave one of them home it would be this one. Overall it’s fine, just not perfect. But if you want something smaller (especially to carry it around) this would do the trick.

Great design for anyone who travels – will save your back!
I bought this on Prime day in July. I’m a digital nomad working in cafes and in various homes as a house sitter. I sit a lot working on my computer all day and it’s rare that I find a good computer chair. This pillow is super easy to inflate and deflate so it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my bag. It’s very light. The bag is great for keeping it separate from all my other stuff. I like the clasp to put it around a chair so it doesn’t move. And my back is so happy now. I even used it as a pillow once and slept great. Highly recommend!

can be lumpy if not fully inflated
About every 10 years I leave my back cushion on an airplane and have to replace it. I don’t need a big cushion, just a little bit to give some support. I like the size of this pillow, but the strap gets in the way and there is some sort of “filling” inside that shifts during use. Fully inflated this is not a problem, but with the inflation level I need, it is not easily smoothed out. I will be replacing this before my next trip, but this came when I needed it and is just ok.

worked well and multiuse
I got this pillow for the airplane on long haul overseas flights. I started second guessing myself about carrying this for just that. I decided that my back was worth the inconvenience. We were on a pilgrimage with our church. We covered a lot of miles in a tour bus, sometime we spent the entire day on the bus. The angle on the seats was very uncomfortable specially for us shorter people. I ended up trying this pillow and it was a Godsend for my back. I’m so happy I got it. On the way there, i attached it to my personal item bag. On the way home I just wore it around my middle. No one questioned it. Love it

Ideal for travelling on aircraft and tour-bus. Also useful in hotel or at home to support lumbar region.Turn knob to self-expand then tighten knob (so support stays firm when under pressure). Reverse process to compress again for storage.I was recently diagnosed with a Right Lumbar 3/4 protrusion that impinged my right sciatic nerve-root. This is an extremely painful and debilitating condition. The lumbar support is helping my recovery, aided by prescribed exercise programs, plus anti-inflammatory and analgesic medication.

I just got this a couple of days ago for some recent lower back pain and so far, I find it worth every penny!I’ve been experimenting with the right inflation level and it’s been great using it on the lowest part of my back. I love the high quality foam packed inside and haven’t used the strap yet.A big test will be when I go away; I’m flying out of town and will definitely be using it a lot.I find that it’s better for me than f I use it with a lower inflation level.It seems to be the right size and shape and inflation and deflation are very easy.
