Works well for neck and shoulders
A good massager for neck and shoulders. It unfortunately doesn’t work well for any other part of the body. I was hoping that I would be able to massage my lower back with it and my calves. It doesn’t work well for those areas. Keep this in mind, because they advertise it as a massager that can be used on the lower back. For the neck / shoulder area it works well. The heat level that it produces is relatively mild, it is easy to use and a good massager for home use, definitely cheaper than going to a salon.

bulky? awkward? YES…. STILL– give it a try
Is it “bulky”? YES.. is it “awkward”? YES.. I bought this skeptically with all expectations of returning it.. HOWEVER– I don’t have a spouse and/or life partner to help “work out the kinks” and I refuse to pay for weekly massage therapy sessions.. after several different attempts of using this massager as big, bulky or awkward as it felt– (after getting used to it) this works wonderfully for me..It’s equally effective with dry skin, wet/damp skin, massage creams/oils.. one caveat– IF you have long hair, pull it up into a bun or whatever you do to get it off your back/neck.This item does NOT have a remote to control the settings, BUT I do like the “audible/verbal” confirmation of each setting/selection.

Broke down after only a few uses – Extremely disappointed
I had high hopes for this neck massager, especially given the price and the great initial reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve only used it about 3–4 times since it arrived, and it’s already showing serious problems.After the first couple of sessions, I started noticing a loud, unpleasant squeaking noise every time it ran. It’s not a minor sound—it’s so high-pitched and distracting that it completely ruins the relaxation experience. On top of that, the massager has started slowing down like it’s struggling to run, even when fully charged. It feels weak, inconsistent, and like something inside is wearing out or failing.For a high-ticket item that’s marketed as a quality, long-lasting product, I expected much better. This shouldn’t be happening after only a few uses. I take good care of my devices and made sure to charge it properly, but the performance just keeps getting worse. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly feels like money wasted.If this is how quickly it degrades, I can’t imagine how it would hold up with regular use. I really wanted to love this, but instead I’m left angry and disappointed that something meant to relieve tension has only added to it.

Life Saver- No more Neck Pain
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this product deserves it. This neck massager has been a literal lifesaver for me. I’ve been battling neck spine degeneration with pinched nerves, constant headaches, stiffness, and pain.The first time I tried it, I felt relief. The second time was even better. By the third session, my pain was gone for the rest of the day. Normally I wake up with headaches and stiffness, but now, just one session in the morning and another mid-day keeps me pain-free all day—without medication.The build quality feels solid and well-made, not cheap at all. Honestly, it feels like something out of the future. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—just buy it. You won’t regret it.

Really Works!
Great neck and trapezius massager. Gets deep into the muscles. Really works to relieve neck stiffness and soreness. Nice heat function. Shuts off automatically after 10 minutes. I love the three different modes: knead, pinching, and acupressure settings . Has low, medium, and high heat setting on center of neck (doesn’t touch skin). Straps are comfortable. Takes a little practice to unbuckle from behind. Voice tells you what function you’re in. First charge took half an hour. A remote would be easier to change settings while wearing. Quality materials. Well worth the price!!

Not for neck pain, only should pain
If you have neck pain where the pain is coming from the base of the neck spine connecting to the skull then this is not for you. This is more for upper back and shoulder pain.

Perfect for neck pain
One of the first product that Really works well on most part of the neck from the base of the skull ( behind the ear to the base of the neck. The heat is mostly on the body of the device and not on the rotating arms. Can be used while standing because the straps securely holds the device for a hands free operation. If your pain is mostly on the upper trapezius muscle (from the base of the neck to the upper part of the shoulder), this device is not as effective. It turns off after about 20mins of use.
