This lumbar pillow makes such a difference! It’s firm but comfortable and keeps my posture in check during long hours at my desk. The strap holds it in place perfectly, and the cover is soft and breathable. My back feels so much better!

Effective for lumbar support.
I have sciatica and several herniated discs and I have found this product to be very effective. It is the correct firmness for me and is very comfortable and has good lumbar support. The size seems right to me. It works well in the car too.Someone gave it three stars and included pictures that show that it is too high up. Read about the positioning here, it’s important.

Comfortable and supportive, just a little firm
This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference.Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I’d recommend it if you want extra support for your chair.

Good product. Helps alleviate back pain.
I use it every day and it’s helped my back. I had a product somewhat similar to this that I had purchased from a chiropractor, which is now tearing up. This support is made from better materials and seems more durable. I recently ordered another one. The only difference between the two is that the first one has a single fastener on the back while the second one has two fasteners. I normally don’t use the fastener so it doesn’t make a difference to me.

I LOVE this pillow!
This is the first entirely comfortable and supportive back pillow I have ever bought. And over the years I have gone through a lot. The large sofa in our living room is very deep, and I’m sorry. So I put one of the regular sofa pillows behind me, and then I put this between my back and that pillow. It is just perfect for comfort and support. We did make a mistake of taking the cover off the pillow to wash it, and we had to throw the whole thing up because there’s no way you can get that cover back on that pillow. I would probably recommend just having a dry cleaned.

Good for upper back, not enough for herniated disc.
I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. Works well for short drives or general upper back support, but if you need serious lower back relief, this isn’t it.

Restored my sanity
I have long term lower back issues due to scoliosis and degenerative disc disease.I am in pain daily.However, this pillow has become my emotional support pillow, and I find when I use it religiously my pain is significantly reduced. I bring this pillow with me everywhere – long car rides, to restaurants, work office, the couch and I even sleep in bed using it. I find by using this pillow I am not in constant pain; I only get pain when I move the wrong way or have a flare up. It has truly saved my sanity and I am so thankful for it. If anyone has low back pain I really reccomend this pillow for support. If you use it, you won’t regret it.

Comfortable, quality, with caveats
Objectively it’s comfortable: cushioned softly but firmly shaped and very supportive. I bought it hoping it might help with my midback when I’m driving. It didn’t end up suiting my seats or my frame.My seats are sportier and curve in an unsupportive way, leaving a distinct gap. My shoulders and hips/pelvis are supported, but my mid back has no support.First, the strap is in a position that is awkward with my car seats, so I’m often struggling with it’s positioning. If you have sportier seats with the sides that jut out, the strap is inconveniently placed.Second, the issue I have with my seats is the lack of mid-lumbar support, but support everywhere else. This pillow sits at the bottom of my seat and ends up putting pressure on my hips instead of supporting where I need it most.Last, it’s so thick, for my frame, it pushes me so far from my car seat that I get no upper back support. I’d be very worried about my position in the event of an accident. I also have a difficult time getting in and out of my car with the space it takes up.It’s a comfortable and quality cushion, but it’s shape doesn’t fit my situation or help me in particular. I’ll likely repurpose it for in the house, but I need to find something new for the car.

Estoy satisfecho con mi almohadilla lumbar Samsonite, se adapta ergonómicamente a mi silla y espalda. Como mejora, solo falta realizar un ajuste en el cincho para tensar un poco más. Con el soporte se siente la diferencia, ayuda a mantener una postura más alineada durante jornadas de oficina largas. Asimismo, adquirí el cojín ortopédico Samsonite, su espuma viscoelástica tiene buen soporte y reduce la presión al sentarse. En conjunto, ambos accesorios han mejorado mi comodidad en el área de trabajo. Los recomiendo, especialmente si pasas muchas horas sentado realizando trabajos de oficina.

It is good quality but makes me sit forward too much because it is pretty thick. Also the strap doesn’t really help keep it on the back rest of the chair so it kind of flops forward. BUT it has improved my posture while sitting and makes me happy to get of my chair and walk around.

Actually fantastic.Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it’ll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you’re only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man
