Just used them for the first time and they are very nice. I have been using elastic bands and these are a very sharp contrast to them. Very supportive and I like the levels of difficulty/resistance.

I love this set of resistance bands! The fabric is thick, durable, and doesn’t roll or pinch during workouts like the rubber ones often do. Awesome resistance bands.
Wonderful bands. I started using a similar band in PT. My trainer thought these were the best bands. I had a back injury and I’m not able to walk unassisted. I’m training 4x/week and this band is great for strengthening my legs and back.I bought the 4 bands to start working with them at home. I’m staring with the green band and will hopefully level up to the next band. I love the resistance.

Awesome Find
Wow, so much nicer than the plastic bands! My friend turned me on to these because she used them in her knee PT sessions. What a difference using cloth compared to the Ruber band kind. They also have higher strength so you can increase better than the rubber.

The resistance bands in general look that are build with quality. Just received them, so my only pet peeve at this moment is the mesh bag with draw string. It is so small, that you have to fold the bands neatly the way it came in order for them to fit in the bag.

Love these bands! So comfortable to use. They don’t slip and feel soft. No pinching like the other kind. They are the perfect size for leg workouts. They seem like they will be very durable. I like the labels on them so I don’t have to remember which color is stronger.

It’s not as the pictures describe. It’s a fake and poor copy. The bands are not all the same size, they are only 3 not 4, and they don’t have the strength label on it. I have pictures for it but there’s no place to upload. A scam, don’t buy!
