Great Quality Liposomal Multivitamin
I love these multivitamins. Love that the ingredients are liposomal for better absorption. They don’t have a bad aftertaste or anything. I haven’t had any issues with the so far, I feel good after taking them and I tend to be pretty sensitive to supplements. The amounts of each vitamin in each capsule is just the right amount. I checked these against some of the supplements I take separately that are included with these, and it turns out that these stand up to or exceed what I’m taking separately, which is wonderful. Saves me money. I can tell that they are working as I’d hoped because my food budget has been slashed again to NO FRESH FRUITS OR VEGGIES for 2 weeks. And although I feel the difference in my diet, I still feel health-wise well, and not sluggish as I usually feel in the 2nd half of the month. I’m recommending these to my daughters, one of whom pays $65 a month for her vitamins and has half the supplements and vitamins included. Highly recommend to everyone.

I ordered this for the first time 2 years ago. I have been so happy with them that I have taken them ever since. They are easy to swallow and my hair, nails and skin have really improved. I have felt much more ineffective since taking them. They have an excellent combination of ingredients.
