I actually purchased and now have several months of experience with 2 different models of Renpho eye massagers. This one (gray) and the chrome model with the small windows you can see thru.If you are like me you might wonder if this company backs their product or if they even have customer service at all. Customer service is so essential to a producer and we as consumers should recognize that more often but usually don’t until we have a problem. Rest assured, the customer service is great, fair, and quick to respond.As for the massager it’s very nice for tired eyes and headaches. You can even slide it up over your forehead and use it that way for better temple coverage. If you have a larger head, like me, this one fits well. I can also use the Chrome peephole model I mentioned earlier but is a bit tight on my nose bridge and the compression is more limited (but not as bad considering there are windows taking up some massage surface area!). So my wife prefers the chrome one since she has a smaller head and long eyelashes (for you ladies that were wondering). It has yet to cure a migraine in our household but it will at least feel a little better. It has cured a headache or two and feels great for strained, tired, computer screen tortured eyes like mine. It’s very relaxing, but I don’t like the music, so I silence it and select the high heat option. I wish the motors were quiet but it is the nature of the way it works. An air pump fills pockets in the mask in different sequences and intensities to provide the massage feel. The chrome one also adds a vibration pulsing massage than I don’t use, not a fan. If they made it quieter, added more air pockets to go further to the sides of the head close to the ears, and added feature to save your last settings (mine would be no music, high heat, strong pressure) that would be even better. I will be watching Renpho for new model changes and will be the first to order if they improve these.

Game Changer
I wish I had this years ago! I had Rhabdomyosarcoma behind my left eye as a kid. With all the problems it lead me to getting a prosthetic eye on the left side. My right eye I am legally blind and I have Scleritis. I have migraines to add on top of everything as well. If I would’ve had this years ago it would’ve been a game changer even more then! I received it in the mail today and I instantly used it. After a few seconds I started to feel an instant relief in my right eye. The only complaint I have is when I connected it to my phone and tired to skip a song like the instructions told me how to do it the song only paused. I think it will just take a little bit of time to play around with it though. I do like the spa type music that plays on it better though. I wish the timer was a littler bit longer ,but I assume for safety reasons it’s the way it is. I HIGHLY Recommend to anyone that has migraines, dry eyes, prosthetic eyes, any eye problems at all! This is honestly probably the best purchase I have made in a very long time! No more of having to constantly ask for a hot rag!

This gizmo is great! Warms and massages around my eyes. Great for tired or dry eyes. I don’t use the music function. I find the noises made as the massaging pads inflate/deflate to be strangly soothing, like buzzy bees on a warm summer day. But the music function to play the preprogrammed woo woo spa music is not bad, and you can listen to your own music. I normally use the self heating eye pads, but that’s a consumable that I really didn’t want to keep spending money on, as good as they were. This doesn’t get quite as hot, but it does the job. I do find that the mask itself is a bit too big, and bumps my nose when I’m using it. But it’s not bad, and I can always put some tissue under the nose piece to cushion the mask. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Not a Gimmick. Actually quite valuable.
I was having quite a bit of problems with dry eyes. Even into the late morning, I had to strain reading my computer screen. I was using eye drops but still having problems. I found out about it from a friend.I was skeptical about it and even more so after I found my eyes to be almost all the way better after a couple of days using it. So, I didn’t use it for one day. My eyes reverted right back to the way they were. It just so happens that I had my annual eye exam. I mentioned the dry eyes and the massager to two different people, one the doctor, at the office. Both of them highly recommended the use of an eye massager. I, too, wholeheartedly recommend it.I like the lower pressure better. There is some noise, but I’ve fallen asleep to it often. I have used the “spa” music. If you follow through on hearing the notes, it is meditative. The doctor spoke most highly about the heat aspect. So far, I only use the low on that. It fits snugly and charges easily.

I love it! The pressure feels so good. It has different levels of pressure and heat. I typically use high pressure and no heat as soon as I start to feel a migraine coming on. It also has a vibration feature that for me aggravates my migraine. It’s the best purchase I can recommend.

Il prodotto è risultato ben fatto, senza difetti, sia nelle parti plastiche, sia nei tessuti. Il design é bello e futuristico. Considerato che è una maschera elettronica, non è troppo pesante e la cinghia regolabile si adatta bene sia al testone del mio compagno, sia alla mia più piccola.Una volta accesa si può decidere con un pulsante di: mantenere la melodia, di zittirla, di utilizzare il bluetooth per ascoltare la propria musica preferita, di attivare il calore. E poi ci sono i pulsanti per il volume.Per il momento l’abbiamo utilizzata con la melodia preimpostata, in quanto é gradevole e rilassante, mentre se si spegne si sente il rumore del meccanismo in funzione….non é particolarmente alto ma disturba. Le casse incorporate mandano un suono pulito e definito, segno che hanno usato materiali di qualità.Altra piacevole sorpresa é stato il calore: temevo fosse fastidioso, invece é lieve e accettabile.Infine la parte più importante, il massaggio: è davvero delicato e confortante. Il mio fidanzato la usa costantemente, considerando che lavora davanti a un monitor praticamente tutto il giorno e alcune sere ha gli occhi particolarmente doloranti e stanchi.Nelle istruzioni é consigliato di non utilizzarla per tempi prolungati (si spegne automaticamente).É anche consigliato di non usarla con le lenti a contatto, però io le indosso, ne ho fatto uso e non mi ha dato alcun problema (pensavo le spostasse, ma non è così).Nel complesso la consiglio, soprattutto come idea regalo.
