Improved Digestion
I ordered this after finishing another bottle of magnesium citrate. I ordered this to help with sleep. I have been taking this for about 28 days now and I only take 1/2 a dose which is one pill. I did notice that my sleeping did get better, but after a few days I felt like my digestion got better as well. After 28 days now I feel like I can definitely contribute the improvement in my digestion to taking this magnesium. I will start taking 2 maybe every other day and see if that further improves my sleep and my digestion. Before I posted this I wanted to make sure my improved digestion continued. I usually have a lot of pain due to bloating (not digesting), now it is almost non existent and I easily pass gas from burping (like you should) and passing gas other ways LOL. My stool is also no longer light in color. These are all signals that my digestion is working a lot better. I do feel like with the better digestion that I may also be losing weight, but I will update when I buy a second bottle on that.

Makes a difference
Works as advertised. My leg and hand cramps are gone. I have used other good forms of magnesium but still had some cramping. So far so good, and I am sleeping better. I take one in the am and 1 at bedtime

Magnesium Oxide is Not highly absorbable.
The 1st ingredient is Mg oxide. That is a red flag. Mg oxide is a poor absorbing form of magnesium that is low cost & often used as a filler. This Mg is advertised as a highly absorbable, high integrity blend, and yet the largest percentage of an individual Mg is the oxide form. Ingredients are required to be listed in the order of amount, highest first.And, Qualia isn’t telling us the exact percentage included of each Mg type, like I would expect from a high integrity product.Also, I have used it & it is fine, but not better than what I have been using.They do have great marketing, with an understated & classy look & representation by many famous & I assume expensive people.
