Some benefit but not worth all the pills
You’ve been under a rock if you haven’t heard about Magnesium benefits lately. This magnesium supplement contains 7 different types—Glycinate, Malate, Taurate, Citrate, Carbonate, Bisglycinate, and Orotate—with a total of 450mg. While the mix sounds promising and there are some benefits I’ve noticed like mild relaxation and muscle support, I didn’t notice a strong calming effect compared to other magnesium brands I’ve tried. Taking three pills each night feels like a lot, and honestly, it’s a hassle.I’m also skeptical about the 3rd party testing claims since it’s tough to verify them, which makes buying supplements online a bit of a gamble. It’s an okay product but nothing exceptional. If you want something easy to take, this might not be the best choice.

I’ve been taking magnesium supplements regularly for a couple years now, and this one raises more questions than any of them. I’d never seen so many different kinds of magnesium in one blend before, and I’ve never had to take 3 capsules per dose. Most of the magnesium supplements I’ve used, have 1500 – 2000 milligrams per dose, and they achieve it with only 2 capsules. To their credit, I’m not experiencing any complications from taking such a comparatively small dose. I’m not fond of the way the product is labeled. It tells you that there’s 450mg of their blend, and it tells you what the various kinds of magnesium are used in the blend, but it says nothing about how much of each different kind is used. I think it’s important to have as thorough knowledge of what’s in the bottle as possible. It’s priced competitively, but I’m not sure that should be the biggest concern. I can neither recommend it, nor warn against it.

I didn’t take a single one so I can not review the product. I don’t take just anything on what a company says and a bit of surface investigation threw up too many red flags.”Formulated in USA” description-Made in USA on bottle/website. Globally sourced-which is typical of these types of businesses. Business address seems to have about 1400 LLC’s and 53 tenants in about 3500 square feet. 3rd party tested claim but no paperwork or proof on bottle. An affiliate and wholesale option on website. None of these individually would put me off but there are just too many for me to trust it.
