Good Supplement
I have taken this supplement for a couple of months now, being a woman 68 with restless legs and incontinence, this supplement has really helped me. I sleep better, have better bladder control and my restlessness legs are gone. I like it that it helps the heart since I have Afib along with bone health. Take it with a MEAL, this is a must, it will upset or give you stomach pain.

Excellent Quality, No Upset
I absolutely have to take magnesium to avoid leg cramps. I’ve tried a lot of different magnesium supplements that tend to upset my system, but this one with magnesium glycinate doesn’t bother me at all. I tend to have a lot of food issues and supplements can upset my system, but this particular magnesium brand is top notch quality and also a higher amount of elemental magnesium than other brands, so you take fewer pills. Expensive but worth it to me.

Don’t take too much. Start out slowly.
I purchased this to help me sleep through the night. 4 stars because the first night it woke up with major cramps and diarrhea, however I fault myself for starting out too strongly by taking two pills when I should have taken one. The second night I took the pill too late, at 9 pm, and didn’t sleep as well. Alas the third night I took one at 7pm and that was by far the best nights sleep I’ve had in over a month. I woke up without any grogginess with plenty of energy for the day. I will continue to take only one dose at 7pm going forward. I do recommend this product if you are having trouble staying asleep.

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.
