It works great for me
I find it to work very well. If sleep is disturbed, I can go back to sleep. No hangover in the morning. It doesn’t work for some people if you read the reviews, but I find it a much better sleep aid than just melatonin (this product had 5 mg of that). No taste, easy to swallow no stomach upset.

It really works!
Relaxium sleep has always had me wondering if it really works until I finally tried to it. I can say that it relaxes me and I am able to fall asleep in about 30 minutes. The only con is that it doesn’t work for everyone. I’m one of the fortunate ones. You just have to try it. The best part is that once asleep I don’t wake up during the night. In addition, the melatonin in it doesn’t make me feel horrible the next morning like melatonin usually makes me feel. I awake fresh and fully rested without any after effects. I’m sold on it and I hope that others can benefit from it too. What have you got to lose?

Not for insomnia issues
This product did not work for my mom. Just gotta keep trying. If I take it, I’m sound asleep but I don’t suffer from insomnia. My mom takes other meds that doesn’t work all the time. It’s tough for people with sleep problems. This works for me when I’m a little restless and need something to help relax.

A full dose may be too much melatonin
I bought this when I saw it advertised on TV at 3:00 O’ Clock in the morning. First two nights I took the recommended dose (2 pills). The second morning I had a melatonin hangover, which I have had before. (I can only tolerate 3 mg of melatonin without getting brain fog the next morning). A full dose of this (2 pills) has 5 mg of melatonin according to the label. Too much for me. So now I am taking 1/2 dose (1 pill) and it does help some. I may edit this for a better review over more time.

Great alternative to prescription sleep aids.
Relaxium Sleep is a great product that helps me get to sleep & if I wake up during the night I have no problem going back to sleep. Before I started using this product, I would wake up & stay awake for hours. Now, that is not a problem. The product is in capsule form & has no bad taste. I have no problem swallowing the two capsules that is the dosage. I only like to take products with natural ingredients. I have not experienced any side effects. Very pleased.

Sleep quickly and still can be able to wake up with no hangover!
Fantastic, put you right to sleep, you sleep very well but you can be awakened if need be but you’re not groggy if you’re awakened and you can go right back to sleep! No taste, does not affect but stomach! Well worth the cost!

Doesn’t work for me
Not a fan. It takes 11/2-2 hours for it to work and I only get 4 hours of sleep. Also, my fault. I didn’t realize I was purchasing a 30 capsule bottle. It’s too pricey for me to purchase a full months supply being on a fixed income.

quality of life improvement
i didn’t think this had any effect because it didn’t knock me out. I got near 3 hours of sleep then awoke like normal. However, with this aid I didn’t stay wide awake for long in the middle of the night. I was able to go right back to deep sleep for another 5 hours. Big difference in my readiness the next day, not dragging or fatigued because I didn’t get enough sleep like normal. Looking forward to enjoying deep sleep again tonight
