Accurate Scale with Detailed Body Metrics
This posture smart scale has been really good so far. It’s accurate with weight readings and also gives a lot of extra info beyond just the number on the scale. The body fat, BMI, and other measurements seem pretty reliable, and they’re easy to track in the app. I like having all the detailed data since I’m working toward a specific weight and body fat goal—it makes progress much easier to follow. The larger platform is comfortable to stand on, and overall the scale feels solid and well-made. A great tool if you want more insight into your health than just body weight.

This is a very good scale, I bought it because I can connect it to my phone and keep track of my progress, it’s big and it tracks a lot. I use it almost every day and it is easy to read if your vision is a little fuzzy like mine is some times. The price is good, especially for how many different functions it has, it looks very nice, it is fast and reliable.

This scale is a huge upgrade from a basic scale because it can track so many metrics about your body and save it automatically! You can check all the things it measures easily from your phone and see how my weight has changed over time. It’s so easy to keep track of your weight now. You no longer have to log it manually with this scale. I love that I can also track my body fat so I know how much fat I need to lose to have more visible muscle. This is scale is a game changer for athletes and fitness minded folks.

Me entusiasmé con la idea de poder tener en casa una báscula de composición corporal. Me habían dicho que buscara que tuviera 8 electrodos. Esta es bonita y barata. Sin embargo, está muy lejos de ser precisa. Solía tener alrededor de 16% de grasa corporal en una báscula InBody en el gym al que iba antes. Aunque entiendo que ésta es una báscula casera y no es profesional como la del gimnasio, me sorprendió que mostrara 26% de grasa. Así que, al día siguiente fui a hacerme un InBody al gym para comparar las medidas y salí 18% en grasa. Eso es 8% menos, definitivamente un rango demasiado grande. Los demás parámetros también salieron abismalmente diferentes.RESULTÓ SER UNA BÁSCULA COSTOSA PARA QUE LO ÚNICO QUE MIDA BIEN SEA EL PESO!!Comparto los resultados del 6 de mayo 2025 con esta báscula y los del InBody del gym del 7 de mayo 2025. Puedes ver por ti mism@ las enormes diferencias. Un sólo día después!!!

It is really bad, the measurements are way off, I sometimes take the measurements with like 20 min gap and it gives totally different reading the weight remains the same but the other measurements drastically change within 20 minutes it’s crazy and I tried this more than once and the same happens. Seriously don’t waste your money, this is one of the worst purchases I made from Amazon
