The pen is pretty straight forward and works great! I bought it because I got influenced to do microneedling LOL. The pen itself comes with like 6? (I think) cartridges of 36 pin needles. I was kind of scared because I wanted to do nanoneedling first, but you can adjust the depth and it turned out to be fine. I bought this and BRÜUN HY – Control Hyaluronic Aqua Solution Ampoule for a glide and my skin feels nice.

Item does NOT work. Item not adjustable past .25, and needles do not touch skin from plastic casing. Waste of $.
