Better sleep and less pain
My husband was having bad neck and back pain. He is a farmer and really struggled through this fall’s harvest. He has noticed a change in his pain after taking one week. But I am the most pleased with it helping him sleep. It has also helped me to sleep better. It has been a blessing to get something and it do what the add says.

Great Magnesium Supplement
I love these magnesium dietary supplements. I’ve been using it every night. It comes nice and sealed with a cotton round on top just like all I do notice a bit of a difference with helping with sleep, but since there’s seven different magnesium formulas I haven’t noticed how much difference with those yet But so far this is my second purchase and I am loving it. The size of these are pretty big. It’s easy to swallow with water. I wouldn’t recommend it without water. I love the health benefits of it. I’m just hoping the calming effect kicks in soon so far I’m gonna give it four stars just cause it helps so much with the sleep And restfulness.

Good Product, made me feel better
Good product!! I waited to do a review until after I was half way thru my second bottle. 1st week I took 2 pills daily as suggested on bottle, then down to only 1 a day to make it last longer. I still get benefits of the magnesium, just not as much. I’m not sure if it’s helping me sleep, but I do feel better overall so I will continue to take them.

I have reordered this product 3 times and love it.Being able to have all 7 magnesiums is so important because our bodies are all unique. We have different needs at different times so I love taking this at night before bed.I sleep like a baby and know how important magnesium is for our wellness.I love this brand. Be sure to take it with lots of water so the pill goes all the way down.Great value for theoney because it gives me peace of mind.

Helps my sleep. Better, perhaps, if it had 1 capsule dose
I took two at evening meal a few nights ago. Slept pretty well. First thing the next morning I was fine. About two hours later, had not pleasant restroom experience but fine a few hours later. Next night at evening meal, I took one capsule, had no issues, slept incredibly well. It was really great. Next night didn’t take any and sleep was really badly. I just took one capsule tonight with evening meal. I think shortly after taking it I feel extra relaxed. It might be that two would work for me in a few weeks as I get used to these but if it helps my sleep so much with one, I might just stick with that but 0 to 2 was too much for me.

I don’t know where all these reviews are come from but my husband and I both took two before bed and it was like an amphetamine for us. Didn’t help us with sleep at all.
