I had this spray for about 4months now. It’s lasted so long and I still have 40% in the bottle left.I sleep so much better, I don’t get leg cramps at night anymore + it smells divine 🌿I only wish they used natural fragrance oils that’s about it!

I use this spray on my sore muscles and it instantly relaxes them. The smell is amazing and it’s very light when you spray it on. It lasts a long time so I think it’s worth the price and it’s very easy to apply.

Great Scent and Topical Magnesium Spray
I like how this magnesium spray smells; it also has a calming effect which is great. Topical magnesium is great for calming the body or mind, especially at night! The only downside is the cost is kinda steep compared to other brands I’ve used…as a result, use sparingly if you’re looking to make the most of it. Roughly 3 pumps is 45mg of magnesium. If you’re looking for something with a light, aromatic scent w/the benefits of topical magnesium, then this may be a good product for you.

Miracle Spray for Muscle Spasms
Kind of amazing how quickly this spray alleviates muscle spasms! You know those spasms that attack in the middle of the night? Well, keep this stuff on your nightstand, spray on the painful area, rub in, wait a couple of minutes, and voila! Pain is gone! Ive used this on my husband’s back and on my calves. Miraculous!

Not a useful product
I’ve used this for a while. While it is a nice sensorial experience and smells like a spa I can not say that it helps with rest and/or sleeping. It is not worth the money and I won’t buy it again.
