The pencil was received all dried up. Nothing comes out of the tip. It is a waste of money.Unfortunately i cannot return it because I threw away the package it came in.

Great product, easy to use.
It’s very good and easy to apply, stays put all day. I really like it except that it’s too dark, it’s not red, it’s dark brown. Other than that, I’d recommend.
