This is the most comfortable lower lumbar pillow. I have used it to help me sleep. Usually I would get up from bed and have the most uncomfortable ache. This pillow has help fits comfortably on your side or directly on the lower back. It has grooves. It seems light and it is, but it gives support. The material is soft cloth which it’s washable. Although it is not a miracle pillow, it will give you comfort. May also be used on chairs.

I use this pillow every day. I have it in my recliner so it helps with the pressure on my lower back. It’s the perfect size and shape. It’s very firm and holds its shape. It is also made well. I probably will use it on my next long car trip.

It was well made, but didn’t exactly fit our needs. It isn’t particularly adjustable, in where it can be placed. It needs stitched in loops or d-rings, so it can be secured different ways in different positions.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！
