Pleasantly Surprised
I honestly didn’t expect to like this derma roller as much as I do. I’ve tried a couple of cheaper ones in the past, and they either hurt too much or felt flimsy. The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all.I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little.I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use.Overall, I’m really happy with this roller. It’s well-made, easy to use, and gives visible results without spending a fortune on spa treatments. If you’ve been curious about microneedling, this is a great one to start with!

Great at what it’s intended to do!!!
With gentle pressure as not to start bleeding i used in my scalp to generate circulation along with minoxidil i did several swipes up n down and then across and diagonal and i definitely felt the zinging ) tingling feeling and warth on my scalp where it was targeted so i know very well it did it’s job.. I’m sure itll go a long way at regrowing lost hair but only time can tell.. it definitely does its job at what it’s supposed to do.. hust make sure to sterilize before and after usage with 71 percent or better 91 percent isopropyl alcohol so theres no infections.. great product im very satisfied!!!!

This roller is perfect!
Just what I need for my skin care routine. I’ve been using shorter rollers for months, building up in length as I go. I was a little nervous about moving up to this level because I wasn’t sure I could tolerate the depth. Thankfully, I could! The price was excellent. It was easy to use, it rolled without any hesitations, and there was no bent or jagged pins on it that would tear up my face.This probably isn’t the right roller for beginners or those who haven’t developed the tolerance to handle a deeper microneedling rollers, but for me, it’s perfect!

The handle is too small and makes it more difficult to guide or control. Otherwise it’s adequate.

Great beauty tool!
Bought this for my scalp originally and then ended up using it on my face. Works great, easy to use. Like that is comes with a case, especially since I’m using it on my face. It has a slight sting to it when you use it but it’s not terrible and my face actually feels great afterward.

Pretty good but painful
The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas.If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

I like this roller a lot better than the other brand I bought previously. I needed a longer spike and I got the 1.0 size. It doesn’t hurt I mostly use it for my hair , but I also use it on some small acne scars on my face gently .
