I used to partake in the ol’ jazz cabbage for years to be able to sleep. Several months ago I chose to stop so I could do something I couldn’t while I was still taking it. My sleeping issues didn’t just suddenly disappear, I had to find something to provide similar results as far as sleep is concerned. I went through a couple of different options and finally landed on this one plus some melatonin gummies. So far, so good. I do have to take them both together, but this does do the trick and I don’t wake up feeling any more tired than I did previously (I don’t ever feel rested in the morning, that’s my baseline). I recommend giving it a try.

Not for me
I’ve been struggling with 3am insomnia for awhile now…more than likely perimenopause issues. Was trying to avoid melatonin as it gives me weird dreams, bought this with high hopes and was let down the first night.Night one started with the recommended 3 pills and I felt awful, my heart was racing as I was trying to fall asleep, my body was tingling and then I don’t remember much for a few hours then it was tossing and turning for hours feeling dizzy and confused. Not a great feeling. Decided maybe 3 is too much so second night tried just 2, same feelings but didn’t last as long and awake way too early and not able to fall back asleep. I don’t have the courage to try a third night with just 1 pill so instead I will be switching back to my melatonin and weird dreams. Kinda disappointed in the money spent.

Looking for a Melatonin Free sleep supplement that worked. This product actually works great.. I wake up feeling rested and I am someone that get 4-6 hours of sleep due to my struggles, its nice to have something that makes me feel rested.

I had spent the night before wondering why the melatonin I’d been taking wasn’t working. Read a bunch of articles, decided it was very wrong for me and continued to research. I ordered this at around 1am and it showed up before bed.I took it as directed on the bottle. Within 1/2 an hour or so I couldn’t stop yawning. I went to sleep. I WENT TO SLEEP!!! My child got me up once but I went right back to sleep.I am going through some very big stressors in my life right now. It’s only been one night but huge improvement in quality and ability to sleep.
