    Awesome eye massager
At first, I was a bit skeptical about this massager because the eyes are such a delicate area however, I am pleasantly surprised with how well this massages and how refreshed I feel after doing so. The massager fits well over my eyes and has an adjustable strap to ensure a secure fit. The massager really just heats and gently massages the areas surrounding the eyes. The Bluetooth feature is a nice addition as it allows me to tune into calming music as I relax and my eyes are massaged. The device is surprisingly comfortable to wear as it has a soft cushion-like fabric on the inside of it. I like that it has different massage modes, so I have a variety of massage motions to choose from. It’s also convenient that it can be folded compactly so I can take this with me on trips as it takes up very little space. It charges via USB-c cable and comes with a cable included. The battery life is surprisingly good lasting for hours at a time however, once the battery is low, it does charge quickly, too, so I haven’t had to worry about this stopping while in use. I like to use this before bed for its soothing effect. It’s a bit disappointing that the device is kind of noisy when you use it, and the speakers don’t have the greatest sound quality. For me, it was pretty easy to clean this off – it just requires some easy maintenance on the inside cloth. I do wish it was better at blocking out light, but I tend to use this at night, so that isn’t too much of an issue. It is a bit an expensive luxury device, but I think it’s worth it.

    could be improved
At first glance, this massager is great. The heat and massage functions do a great job of relaxing your eyes. However, there are several drawbacks. The best setting, by far, is the one that provides vibration. Unfortunately, you can’t use that setting without the sounds, which are frankly pretty annoying to you and anyone around. It’s also pretty heavy and most of the weight rests in the nose area, where there’s little to no padding, so while your eyes are relaxed your nose is pretty annoyed.

Great for Migraines and seasonal allergies.
Super neat heated eye massager if perfect for Sinus pressure headache, migraine or to unwind after a long day. The battery life for fully charged is around five days if used a couple times a day for an hour or so. Also works as a good neck massager. I’m not a fan of the tranquil music it plays and it can’t be turned down or off. I blue tooth it to my phone an keep volume at zero to bypass this design flaw. You can also play your own music with Bluetooth connection. ItHas a different massage strength, pattern and heat modes. They are a little more expensive that I care to spend, but worth the investment if you suffer from seasonal allergies or migraines. Easy-to adjust strap for a snug fit to your head. Doesn’t pull hair or feel weird. Folds in half to make traveling with this much easier. Usb-C rechargeable. They are a little heavy on the bridge of the nose. Recommend lying down while in use.

    At home spa!
This is perfect for your at home spa routine. It has a nice fit, and I don’t find it to be too loud. It feels very relaxing and comfortable. It’s easy to set up and charge, and to get it going. I think it has nice functionality. I would definitely recommend this item

Provides relief but they need to rethink the controls.
This eye massager does provide overall relief. It does not, by the way, actually manipulate your eyeballs (and why would you want it to?!) but rather provides heat and a light massage to the areas surrounding your eyes. However, the design of the controls needs rethinking. You really should be able to turn off all the sound if you want to without having to connect it to a Bluetooth device. And you should be able to have the option to disable the heat under every setting. I think with a few engineering tweaks, this could be fabulous. But for now, it seems like a work in progress.

  6. Consumer Outlook

Helps with eyestrain and fatigue but has some flaws.
I was interested in this eye massager by Adomii because it looks very similar to another massager I own, made by LifePro (B08HJYSL3Q). Turns out it is nearly identical in hardware, but it has a few functional differences. Both are the same size, similar weight, and have a cloth that goes against your eyes. But the Adomii has a rattling noise when I shake the device. Something is loose inside. I’m not sure if this is a defect or part of the construction, but thankfully, it doesn’t seem to affect the usability.Below is a list of my thoughts on the massager, but I want to point out one item first. When you turn it on, it automatically plays sounds. It starts with the sound of waves and dripping water, then after 30 seconds it plays birds chirping, then after 30 seconds it plays water flowing, which lasts for about 22 seconds before it loops back to the waves. There’s no mute, pause, volume, or stop button for the sounds. The only way to stop the sounds is to (1) switch the mode to “Surfing”, but that also disables the vibration. So, you only get heating and air compression (no vibration). Or (2) Connect the massager to a Bluetooth device. If it’s connected to Bluetooth, it won’t play the sounds. Instead, it will play audio from the device it’s connected to, where you can pause, stop, and adjust the volume. That aside, here are my other thoughts on this massager, which applies to the LifePro, too:1) It’s heavy. I weighed it in at 308 grams. While that may not seem like much, it reveals a slight flaw in the design. Too much of the weight rests on the nose. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that the nose area has little padding. As such, I felt discomfort at the upper part of my nose while using it. The further I lie back, the less it bothers my nose because the weight distributes more over the eyes, but it’s still not ideal.2) It doesn’t block out light. Quite a bit of light comes in at the bottom of the device. When lying back, I can see what’s in front of me by peering through the underside. The presence of light against the eyes lowers the amount of relaxation. As such, I find this works best if used in a dark room.3) You cannot remove the cloth to wash it. This lowers the lifespan of the device, especially for people who have makeup on. It’s best if you wash your face first before using it.4) It’s noisy. Between the vibration and the air inflation, there’s constant noise assaulting your ears, which may be less relaxing and more annoying to some people. It’s loud enough to be disturbing if you want to use it in bed next to a sleeping partner.5) The speakers are of low quality. If you listen to music, it sounds flat. If you listen to an audiobook or podcast while getting a massage, you may barely hear it over the sound of the device operating. And if you max the volume on your Bluetooth device (in my case, the iPhone 14), the quality is so low that the sound gets clipped. IMO, you’re better off using separate Bluetooth headphones.### Conclusion ###As you can see, it’s not perfect. But at the end of the day, I find it helps with eyestrain and increases relaxation. Not a bad thing to do before bed if you have trouble getting to sleep. I personally like the LifePro better as it doesn’t have the “calming sounds” issue or the rattling inside, but they are very similar overall.
