I have an old injury and felt that my leg was bending outwards. I applied heat to the area and was able to continue with physiotherapy. My physiotherapist recommended light and heat therapy, and after searching for it, I found it. It is like a knee brace that is easy to put on and not only applies heat, but also makes gentle movements and inflates to apply pressure to the area. It has helped me between sessions with the physiotherapist and has significantly reduced the pain. It is a good option to have at home.

I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to purchase this. My daughter recently had three knee surgeries for a broken, tibial plateau, torn, ACL, torn, lateral ligament, and torn meniscus. This has been so beneficial to her recovery. I use it as well after having four knee surgeries myself. The massager is very comfortable, you can adjust the heat settings, and the compression feels great. It has been helping with her circulation.
