I take this wonderful product for a variety of reasons!! The computer says that magnesium glycinate!! What’s not to love!!! It works to reduce the likelihood of stomach upset and nausea! But it might also help with anxiety management- sleep improvement and bone strength!!!!

might be the reason I’m sleeping better and no longer suffering from leg cramps
I’m not 100% sure this is the reason, but since I started taking Double Wood’s Magnesium Glycinate, I’ve been sleeping better, and those sudden, painful leg cramps at dawn have stopped. If you’ve ever had one, you know how awful and jarring they can be.I had tried magnesium oil before, but it was messy and easy to forget. This capsule form is simple, and so far, it seems to be working. I’m glad I gave it a try.
