INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Clean and disinfect your DERMAROLL before and after each use. Dispose of roller head after 3-5 uses and replace with new roller head.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT
CLEANING:
Disinfect your DERMAROLL by submerging the entire roller head in a cup of 91% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely. Upon drying, place the DERMAROLL in storage case until next use.Before next use, disinfect the DERMAROLL again to ensure proper hygiene. Package arrived as promised in a timely manner! I have only used the roller 3 times, so I don’t have amazing results to show or share yet.I can tell you that the roller is smooth moving and easy to use, it’s not painful, (although I am use to self treatments so I am good with the temporary tingles, stings etc. that come along with skin care) although you feel the tiny needles slightly and they may be noticed more over the bone areas, nothing that a five minute regimen is going to kill ya! 😉I do notice some rough spots and attribute that to damage from the needles (obviously what the intention is) which will in-turn force the skin renewal and healing process to ramp up! I would most likely expect less if this when my skin becomes more accustomed to the process!If your hesitant, don’t be! For the price and quality of the product I think it’s completely worth trying. Like with anything for our skin and bodies, you have to give it a fair chance. Success and miracles don’t happen overnight.

This is a very good product, quality metal and very thin needles and there are 6 rollers in the kit.I thought the needles were not deep enough but apparently it is preferable. It has really made a difference to my skin already. You know how Nothing else really works but this derma roller actually does. Considering the price they charge in salons, this is a bargain. And they explain very well how to keep it clean and how to use it. It does not hurt either. Very good customer service as well. Highly recommend.

I’m telling you ladies if you want to get rid of facial wrinkles this is the thing to buy. I’ve been using derma rollers for awhile now. I needed to replace the original roller I had and bought this. I don’t think it really matters which one you buy but I can promise you it works. I used 3 times and my lines have all but disappeared.

I think it helps everything sink into my skin better. I’m no Dermotologist, so I have no idea if it really helps or not. It does sting when you first use it, but the more you use it, the less it stings.

A FAD THAT ACTUALLY WORKS (See AARP Bulletin May, 2018)
I was skeptical about the benefits of dermal needling even after reading a glowing review in the latest issue of the AARP magazine. However, I watched several you tube videos and read many, many reviews before deciding to purchase one. I selected the .25 as a starter length & I’m glad I did. I followed the suggestion of several users in that I cleaned my face, then used a cotton square with alcohol to go over it again. I’m glad I did, there was still a bit of makeup residue on the cloth. Then I applied hyaluronic acid/C/E, rose hips & green tea serum. I applied light pressure on the roller and went over my entire face, neck, chest area & then my forearms. Afterwards, I soaked the roller as instructed in alcohol ( a Tupperware midget is perfect!).Now, I am not saying I have experienced a miracle – BUT, my Retin A & nighttime & daytime moisturizers have actually soaked into my skin rather than staying on top of my skin.This particular kit seemed to be the best available, especially for the price. Well sealed & sanitary & of good quality. I plan to use the .25 at least twice a week and a .5 once a month.

Made in China — Disappointed based on how this was advertised
Overall, I like the product itself. It really does not hurt my skin much (I have to press down hard to make it really hurt). This is easy to use. Easy to grip. Nice look and design. I think it has worked so far, but I have now stopped for a little while because it seemed to make my acne flare up (I tried to avoid acne spots when I would use it, but I have since read that you are not supposed to use a derma roller on “acne-prone” skin). When I get my acne a little more under control, I will try again because I do think it has helped with acne scars.My biggest disappointment — and why I gave this three stars instead of five — was the advertising. I look for products that are made in the USA. I want to support American companies (plus I feel like there is less of a chance of buying from a company that uses unethical labor practices if it is made in the USA — that detail is highly important to me in choosing products to buy). I was excited when I saw advertising about this particular brand because they say, “our company is based entirely in the USA.” They even mention it is their competition that tends to be in China or other countries: “COMPETITION is usually a Chinese or foreign based company.” (These specific quotes are from their advertising on Amazon.com as of June 14, 2020.) I was very disappointed when I saw what it said on the packaging as you can see in the picture I am attaching to this review (Look at the right side above the bar code). It says, “Made in PRC” — otherwise called the People’s Republic of China. I think it is great if their company is based in America and I want to support an American company, but I am looking for products that are completely made in the USA, and the way the company marketed their American base sounded like this was made in the USA; after all, they did say in bold, underlined letters, “based entirely in the USA.” For anyone like me who is looking to find fully made in America products, this product is not that.
