This might be a decent product, but the sizing is very small. After trying both a medium and a large I gave up and return the product.

Helps with temporary relief of back pain
This device helps me remember to keep proper posture during the day. However, I read some literature stating that posture correction tools might be good for short term relief, but should be avoided for long term use as it might actually weaken the core muscles, causing more harm than good if it is overused. It does relieve my back pain, but I am reminded to do my physical therapy exercises to strengthen my core muscles which will be more beneficial in the long run.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m not a fan … cant even get it to stay there’s nothing holding mine at less in the front … my daughter I mean … she just had back surgery and wanted support … there’s nothing in the middle to keep it tight … together … when you pull it to the front …. Nothing holds it together

This was way too tight for my size. So I had to return it.
