A Whole Lot of Shaking Going On
I love this vibration plate. It is of excellent quality. It offers a variety of vibrational modes allowing you to change up your work out. It is easy to use. It is fun to use. Just ten minutes a day, twice a day and you feel like you have gotten your blood flowing, your heart going and you are increasing you stability. AND, you burn calories. The program tells you just how many! If you haven’t got time to do anything else you will feel like you have done something good for your body. Love this plate.

Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk butI find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it. Standing on it, squatting, and then periodically throughout the hour. It helps me so much with circulation. My legs used to start hurting and starting to feel heavy a quarter the way through the day and now I could just put my feet on it turn it on and I don’t even have to get up. I feel a hundred and ten percent better! I say, if you’re a work at home employee, you need this. I’ve been looking at these for months and thought, oh, what do I need that for? Well, let me tell you, I will never be without one now that I’ve experienced it! The price is excellent in my opinion. This product is very solid, doesn’t take up much room and it’s the perfect size for me. For reference I am 5 6′, 128 lbs. This also has a remote, which is a must, if you don’t want to bend down whenever you want to switch gears.It’s been working flawlessly, and I’ve been using it several times a day since I bought it and leg pain is gone. I was skeptical, but I want to reassure you, this is an incredible machine!I kept seeing these vibration plates all over social media and thought, “Yeah, right… another gimmick that’ll collect dust.” I figured it would be a waste of money and space, and I would lose interest in it, wishing I had saved the money.But after comparing models, I noticed something: the AXV Vibration Plate had a better foot design; those little “knobs” are positioned perfectly for stability and comfort. That’s what convinced me to try it, and honestly, I had no idea what I was about to experience.The first surprise? It’s quiet.No rattling, no jumping across the floor, no cheap whirling or knock-off brand feel. It has large suction cups that keep it firmly in place (mine’s on tile). The build quality feels solid, not flimsy like some others I’ve seen online.My first session was short, about 1.5 minutes twice in one day, because I wasn’t sure how my body would react. I even got a little dizzy from wearing glasses (pro tip: if you have an astigmatism or vertigo, take off your glasses). I used my hands to support my head just because I felt “headachy at first”. Later that day, I noticed ear drainage (from my throat), and the next morning, my legs felt like they’d had a mini “leg day.”By day three, I started exploring the settings and tried the Yoga mode, eyes closed, wide stance, and could feel my body adjusting and aligning in places that definitely needed it. My body felt where adjustments were needed (spin, etc), and I did exercises to help adjust them while on the vibration platform. Effective but probably not recommended for those with inner ear issues and motion sickness
Good quality, stable, easy set up, definitely effective for lymphatic drainage and toning even after and one use; however I’m still learning best practices, power controls and body positioning that work best for me due to inner ear issues and motion sickness. I was nauseated within 8 minutes standing upright. I really want this to work so I’m going to give it some time and I’ll provide an updated review on whether I need to return it.

Vibration plate is really relaxing and worth getting. It relaxes my muscle. I get really bad charlie horses, it’s help a little on getting them loosen up and blood flowing. It easy to store and doesn’t take up much space.

Great board, amazing results, cant even begin to tell you how cynical I was, but I use this thing every day now.I am a combat wounded veteran of OEF and 20 years of military experience in addition to ALL of the high contact sports to include MMA and Hockey. I have been slowed down a lot because of aches and pains; but specifically from my knees and bulging disks in my back. This board has brought back some youth to this middle aged guy. I look forward to repeated and long term use.After a 15 minutes long session, I feel like I just did a nice warmup sprint and my muscles are all awake and ready to go. Ive even noticed my body is showing some pronounced leanness that I attribute to lymphatic drainage in some stubborn areas. However, this may be a combination of my other new daily routine of drinking green tea while Im on the board.My experience has been so good, Ive even told friends and family about it which is not something I do unless I believe it works.I actually wish I could get a commission, because Ive probably directly contributed to about 20 of these boards being sold now.Very pleased with results and functionality of this product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND APPRECIATE THIS IN MY LIFE

So far no issues with the product. I’ve read tons of reviews on many different brands and they mostly indicate all of them have glitches and are expensive for what they are. I’m using it for the lymphatic system. I’m not expecting miracles. I feel like it’s a modern version of the 1960’s belt machines 🤔.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.
