My Multi-Vitamin of choice
These are a staple in my vitamin drawer! They have no smell and don’t upset my stomach — even when I take them on an empty stomach. I love that they’re clean, safe, and free of anything synthetic. I was drawn to them because of their botanical blend of fermented ingredients (tummy health), along with the methylated folate, which I have read helps support focus and mental clarity.

I tried many multi vitamins and I just love this brand! It has everything you need in 1 easy to swallow pill! It doesn’t upset my stomach and the effectiveness there. Love the healthy ingredients. So my Great benefits and the size is not too big so again easy to swallow. This is the only brand I buy now .
