I’ve been very happy with my AERLANG Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager. I have chronically tight and sore neck and shoulder muscles from sitting at a desk all day, and this device has made a big difference after work. I love that the arm loops let you easily adjust the pressure; just pull down for a deeper massage.My first unit did make a squeaking noise during use, so I contacted customer service. They asked for a short video, quickly confirmed it was a defective unit, and offered me the choice of a replacement or refund. Since I really enjoy the massage, I chose a replacement. It arrived within two business days and works perfectly (ie no squeaks).The only downside is that the heat function isn’t very warm, but I imagine it’s for safety reasons.Edit: now that I’ve been using the massager for a couple of weeks, I do wish I purchased the cordless version instead. A few times, the cord disconnected from the unit when I moved around in my chair to reposition myself. But now I just have make sure I’m in a comfortable spot near the electrical outlet before starting the massage.

My neck and shoulders have been really happy with this massager. I recently injured my shoulder and the pain is radiating into my neck too. I already had a much bulkier neck massager but it’s not easy to adjust the location where I need it, and it’s also made in such a way that it can be quite painful. So I went looking for something else, and this one is exactly what I need.It’s easier to adjust to precise locations on your neck, shoulders, back etc. I’ve been using it a LOT since I got it and I love that I can easily move it around to different locations on my neck and shoulders. Can even use it on my lower back if needed. It’s pretty powerful, but because of the way it’s made, I can adjust that by moving it around. I can also increase the intensity by pulling on the side straps. It’s also much more portable, which is another plus.I see others have complained about the heat not being that hot, and initially I agreed with that assessment. But with time, it has improved considerably, and can actually get very warm. Maybe people are only using it for a brief time and therefore it’s not heating up enough, but using it as much as I have, it’s more than warm. In fact, I usually have to turn the heat off.My only issue with it is its automatic changing direction of the rotation every.60 seconds. On one hand, that can be useful. But it would be much better if that was an option that can be turned on or off. Because if you find the sweet spot on your neck or back and have it exactly where and how you want it, it can be a pain (literally, at times) to reach back and change the direction because it automatically changed the direction. It’s not a deal breaker, but in my opinion it would be better to have that be an option, not the default. Someone else also pointed out the material that covers the rollers is scratchy, and I found that to be the case too. My older massager has a similar material and doesn’t do that. But, if I’m going to use it for very long, I just try to make sure I have my shirt adjusted so that it’s massaging over the shirt, not on bare skin. Again, not a huge deal, just pointing it out.Let me say something about their customer service. I had an issue with the massager, and I reached out directly to their customer service. Their response was incredibly quick, and continued to be so throughout the course of the discussion. They completely resolved the issue for me, and quickly. It’s rare these days to find customer service like that, but it makes all the difference when you do. And I think it deserves pointing out whenever you do get good customer service.

Lo he utilizado para darme masaje en la parte baja de la espalda y muslos y quedé contento, he notado mejoría.Si cierras los ojos, y si no fuera por el pequeño ruidito de los motores, llegas a pensar que te está masajeando una persona.A las vez que te aplica el masaje puedes pulsar un botón y te dará un calorcito tenue muy agradable. Me hubiera gustado que diese un poco más de calor, pero bueno, así no te quema.La velocidad del masaje también la puedes seleccionar.El aparato se apaga solo a los 15 minutos, así no hay problema de quedarte dormido.Además el material es muy agradable al tacto y suavecito. Se ve bien construido.En definitiva, encantado con este masajeador, ha sido todo un descubrimiento, no sabía que existía un aparato así de completo.

Producto tal cual lo describen.Lo pedí para mi madre, ya que tiene dolor de cervicales y lo utilizamos todos en casa. Nos ha encantado!!
