My husband and I have both enjoyed taking these. I personally struggle with insomnia and energy levels and these seem to be a good and natural way to help me, overall feeling more rested and having more energy throughout my day. The texture of the gummy is pleasant and soft, not overly chewy and doesn’t get hard fast like some other options, and the grape flavor is a nice treat at the end of the night. My husband hates grape flavor and has even mentioned that its nice, not overly artificial and he enjoys taking them.

I’ve used ZMA for years taking pills started becoming more and more uncomfortable on my stomach. So when I found these gummies I was super excited. They taste so good it was hard for me to believe that it would have the same affect as traditional pills but I was wrong. This puts me in a deep sleep and my dreams are so vivid I can remember them clearly. I wake up feeling refreshed everyday. I highly recommend these.

I can taste the plastic, which means the plastic in the container is leaching into the gummies. Not good!! Won’t buy again.

This. This right here is the best tasting gummy vitamin I’ve had. They’re a little more… wet? Idk how I would explain that but in terms of flavor 10/10. I could eat this whole thing in one sitting. Now, in terms of efficacy, I’m not sure lol.

Pretty good for combat sports
I train hard so I assume it’s helping me recover quicker from minor aches and stuff. I don’t really notice anything physically wise other than the fact that it makes me sleepy which is perfect for taking at night.
